全国都在「咽喉炎」，到底是怎么回事？（附缓解方法

欢度了一个 人山人海 的 五一假期后，很多人突然发现：自己「咽喉炎」了。

而且，上网一查，全国各地的网友似乎同时开始咽喉炎，以至于话题都上了热搜……

「咽」和「喉」是上呼吸道中两个不同的地方，咽在上，喉在下。它俩离得很近，一边发炎也可能把另一边拖下水，所以经常同时出现。

按照发炎的部位和病程长短，「咽喉炎」可以分四种：急性咽炎、慢性咽炎、急性喉炎、慢性喉炎。

医院里更常见的是慢性咽炎，而这次登上热搜的「咽喉炎」大多比较突然，似乎更符合急性咽炎的特征。

咽炎、喉炎高峰期是秋冬季及冬春之交，本轮发生在五月，有点反季登场的意思。怎么回事？

「刀片嗓」回归 是不是因为又阳了？

先说结论：确有这个可能。
但咽炎、喉炎不一定是因为新冠，需要综合进行判断。

现在距离上一波新冠高峰——去年 12 月至今年 1 月已经过了小半年，感染带来的免疫保护越来越接近失效。根据中国疾控中心的统计，从四月末起，国内新冠阳性率有了些微的回升。

同时，大大延后的甲流疫情，其实并没有完全退潮。

五一期间各地人流量大，很可能为新冠、流感病毒的传播推波助澜。

而此时，疫苗和上一次感染仍有一定的免疫保护作用。根据既往研究，健康成人第二次感染新冠的症状也大多更轻。病毒的影响局限在上呼吸道，就「贡献」了一部分咽炎、喉炎病例。

有些朋友可能会问：抗原是阴性，是不是说明咽炎、喉炎不是新冠导致的？
事实上，抗原阴性无法完全排除新冠。

抗原在症状急性期是相对最准的，有些人发病初期病毒载量太低，测不出来，或操作不正确也会导致测不准。另外，仅凭发烧不发烧，也无法区分是不是新冠。

如果抗原为阴性，但症状持续出现，想要知道到底是不是新冠导致的，可换成更准的核酸检测，或者等一两天再测一次看看。



除了新冠 咽喉炎还可能是为啥

咽和喉把守呼吸道、消化道两大人体要道，像门口保安，从口鼻进来的种种细菌病毒、过敏原、刺激物都要从此经过。

咽喉被黏膜覆盖，自卫能力不是很强，能导致发炎的原因也就多种多样。

五一旅游景区人群聚集，除了新冠，也给别的细菌病毒提供了传播渠道。 部分人假期还大烟大酒、饮食无节制，都是易导致咽炎、喉炎的因素。
很多网友晒出的医院检查单 也显示，这一波中， 新冠、流感之外其他原因引发的咽喉炎不在少数。

病毒和细菌都可能导致咽炎、喉炎，但使用的药物截然不同。抗生素只能杀灭细菌，无法消灭病毒，抗病毒药物只能杀灭病毒，而不能杀细菌。

不同类型的抗病毒药物，也是「一把钥匙开一把锁」的。新冠药灭不了流感病毒，流感药也灭不了新冠病毒。

对细菌、病毒用药，最好在医生指导下有针对性地用。有的人只要喉咙痛就吃阿莫西林，这不是个好办法。

嗓子疼怎么缓解 什么情况需要就医？

大部分症状较轻的急性病毒性咽炎、喉炎都可以自愈，多休息、多喝点水，少用嗓子、少吃刺激性食物即可。

即使是新冠，平素健康的年轻人也不需要什么特殊治疗（毕竟多数人都经历过一次了），更不乱要用病毒灵等「看上去可以抗病毒」的药。

只是嗓子痛起来没个完，吃不下、喝不下，影响正常生活，怎么办？

01 别乱吃抗生素！ 消炎镇痛药 能缓解症状。

对乙酰氨基酚、布洛芬、阿斯匹林 ，属于止痛药，也都有抗炎功能。临床试验证明，这三种药物可以用来缓解急性咽炎带来的嗓子疼。

至于很多人心目中的「消炎药」，大部分都是各类抗生素，最好不要随便使用。

02 给嗓子来点 凉凉的、湿湿的、甜甜的

润喉糖、冰棒、梨汤、蜂蜜、水果罐头……都可能对缓解嗓子痛有一定作用。有些人认为热的液体，比如热茶，也有类似的作用。选你喜欢的就好。

多喝水，给室内加加湿，也有帮助。

03 喉糖、喷剂 是药 关键时刻有效

喉糖和咽部喷雾剂的主要有效成分是薄荷，其中的薄荷醇等成分已被证明对治疗咽喉痛有效。

有些国外的喉糖，还添加了更有效果的局部麻醉剂来止痛（国内暂无此类产品）。

选购时尽量选含薄荷成分的，效果好一些。

04 警惕危险信号 及时就医
成人咽喉炎出现以下情况建议及时就医：

● 发烧 38.5 度以上

● 咽喉剧痛，或疼痛一星期仍无好转

● 出现其他严重症状、精神萎靡、血氧指标低于 93

以下情况需要立即打 120 或挂急诊，防止咽喉部肿得太厉害，造成窒息，危及生命：

● 呼吸困难

● 嗓子肿到无法吞咽唾液，导致流口水

● 脖子、舌头肿，张不开嘴或不能动脖子
