新增64本医学期刊！自然指数现可追踪健康领域

超过60本医学期刊上的论文现被纳入自然指数数据库中，以扩大覆盖范围。

自然指数数据库迎来更新，收录了64本医学期刊上的基础研究论文的作者所在单位信息。自然指数用户现在可以追踪健康科学领域的趋势。

这些健康科学期刊是由临床科学研究人员所组成的独立小组选出，同时结合了一项覆盖更广泛研究群体的全球调查的见解。2014年初始自然指数发布时期刊名单的制定，以及2018年最近一次期刊名单的修订，都采用了同样的方法。

该小组包含55位来自不同医学领域和地区的临床研究人员，由新加坡国立大学杨潞龄医学院院长Yap Seng Chong领导。小组的期刊选择参考了来自1200名临床研究人员的调查结果。在这项调查中，受访者被问及“如果不考虑影响因子，你最愿意将你最出色的研究发表在哪本期刊上”。

这份健康科学期刊的最终名单旨在代表临床医学和外科领域的所有重点学科和专业。此外，专家组力求将这些期刊上的论文占Web of Science数据库中所有临床学科基础研究的比例控制在4%——此前自然科学领域的期刊选择也是按照这一比例。

自然指数仅收录了选中医学期刊上的基础研究论文，如临床试验或流行病学研究，而小型案例研究或观点文章则不在此类论文之列。2022年，自然指数中共包含12777篇健康科学论文，其中有超过3500篇是来自数据库中已有的多学科期刊，如《自然》和《科学》。2022年，健康科学论文占自然指数论文总量的17.2%，相比之下物理科学占28.1%，化学占31.6%，生物科学（原名为生命科学）占26.3%，地球与环境科学占11.0%。各领域占比相加不等于100%，是因为有些论文可能涵盖多个学科领域。

自然指数新增的64本期刊旨在代表健康科学领域公认的高质量期刊，但该名单以及其他领域的期刊名单都会定期进行修订。
