拖延,其实是件好事
如果你觉得自己的“拖延”比较严重,可以试试以下的方法建议:
➊ 先“完成”,再“完美”。你需要摒弃对“完美”的执着。
➋ 不管怎样,先开始!你会发现一直逃避的任务也没多困难。
➌ 多鼓励自己,也可以给自己设置一些完成任务后的小奖励。
➍ 驳回给自己找的借口,然后开始吧!
➎ 把一个“大任务”拆成多个“小任务”,会更容易完成。
如果你的“拖延”不太影响生活,很很难改掉,也不必因此而太焦虑。
毕竟,比起“拖延”本身,“拖延带来的焦虑”才是更可怕的。
