2025年值得关注的10余项减重疗法临床试验

今年年初，减重疗法领域进展不断，诺和诺德（Novo Nordisk）和Metsera等公司相继宣布其减重疗法在临床试验中取得积极成果。目前，多款减重疗法正在进行临床试验，2025年将持续是这一领域备受关注的一年。行业媒体Endpoints News近日盘点了2025年值得期待的减重疗法试验数据，这些结果预计将在今年陆续发布。药明康德内容团队根据该报道并结合公开资料，为读者梳理减重领域的最新进展。欲了解该报告更多内容，可点击文末“阅读原文/Read more”下载报告全文。

今年将公布的礼来（Eli Lilly and Company）的orforglipron试验结果备受行业瞩目，Endpoints News指出，司美格鲁肽和orforglipron是目前唯一进入肥胖领域3期试验的GLP-1口服疗法。

与此同时，江苏恒瑞医药（Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals）正在开展针对HR59531的3期临床试验，这是中国肥胖治疗领域进展最快的候选药物之一，预计今年将公布结果。恒瑞的合作伙伴Kailera Therapeutics则将负责这一药物在北美的开发。翰森制药（Hansoh Pharma）则去年底与默沙东（MSD）达成一项超过20亿美元的许可协议，合作开发其口服小分子GLP-1受体激动剂HS-10535。同时，翰森的另一款GLP-1口服疗法HS-10501预计将在今年底公布1期试验结果。

此外，Structure Therapeutics计划今年发布其口服疗法GSBR-1290两项2b期研究的结果。在此前的2期试验中，GSBR-1290使肥胖患者在三个月内体重减少6.2%。Zealand Pharma的胰淀素类似物petrelintide亦在早期试验中显示出潜力，四个月内使患者平均体重减轻8.6%，其2期数据预计将在2025年底公布。此外，Zealand正在开发具有独特GLP-1/GLP-2激动剂机制的dapiglutide，其1期试验结果预计将在今年上半年发布。这款疗法有望为减重领域提供更多创新选择。
