值得科学机构借鉴的、帮助培养学生的规定

在罗敏敏老师领导下,北京脑科学研究所教务部于2025年12月30日上午颁布的规定

各位老师同学好:

学术报告笔记(以下简称“学术笔记”)兼具培育研究生学术素养、延伸报告知识价值及承载研究所学术传承的重要意义。现要求邀请国内外学术报告的PI指定1名或多名学生撰写学术笔记,为保障笔记的规范性与有效性,特对学生撰写工作提出以下具体要求:

一、笔记核心定位

学术笔记是对报告内容的系统性梳理与提炼,需兼顾“忠实还原报告核心信息”与“提升内容可读性”为目标,既要客观、完整地呈现报告人的观点、研究方法和结论,也要清晰体现研究逻辑和学术亮点。

二、基础格式要求

1、题目:【学术笔记】报告主题

2、笔记内容:

(1)学术报告基础信息:明确记录学术报告时间、地点及报告人基本信息(姓名、单位、职称/职务、研究领域等),并附学术报告现场照片。

(2)研究背景与意义:系统研究背景、现有研究的不足,以及该研究的学术价值与潜在应用价值;

(3)研究思路与方法:报告中介绍的研究设计、技术路线、实验方法(如数据来源、模型构建、实验步骤)、理论框架等关键内容,需准确记录核心参数、关键步骤,避免遗漏关键技术细节;

(4)研究结果与数据:完整呈现报告中核心实验结果、数据及分析结论等,需准确记录关键数据,重要图表、内容及核心结论可简要描述(若条件允许,可附图表截图并标注来源);

(5)问答环节要点:记录报告后提问环节的关键问题及报告人的回答,避免遗漏有价值的讨论内容,并附提问环节照片等相关材料。

3、落款:需明确标注撰稿人姓名、审稿人姓名(PI)、报告人姓名。

4、语言要求:中文或英文。

三、逻辑与表达要求

1、逻辑清晰连贯:笔记需遵循报告的原始逻辑框架,同时通过合理的层级划分、过渡语句,使内容条理清晰、逻辑连贯。

2、表达准确简洁:采用学术化表述与规范专业术语,杜绝口语化、随意化表述,确保信息的准确性与严谨性。在完整呈现核心信息的基础上,尽量精简冗余表述,突出重点,避免内容冗长。

3、客观忠实还原:严格遵循客观性原则,完整呈现报告人的学术观点与报告内容,严禁随意篡改、曲解报告原意、核心内容及研究结果。

四、提交与审核要求

1、提交时限:报告结束后7天内完成笔记撰写并提交给PI、报告人进行审核,确保信息准确性和完整性。

2、审核与修改:PI须对笔记严格审核,及时修正其中的信息遗漏、错误表述、逻辑混乱等问题,完善后形成定稿。定稿笔记须在学术报告结束10天内报送教务部邮箱[email protected],该学术笔记将在“北京脑”公众号和所官网中刊发。

Dear All,

Academic lecture notes (hereinafter referred to as “academic notes”) serve multiple important purposes, including fostering graduate students’ academic literacy, extending the scholarly value of academic presentations, and preserving the Institute’s academic heritage.It is hereby required that the PI who invites domestic or international academic lectures designate one or more students to prepare academic notes. To ensure the standardization and effectiveness of the notes, the following specific requirements are established for students’ writing tasks:

I. Core Positioning of the Academic Notes

Academic notes are intended to provide a systematic organization and synthesis of the lecture content. They should aim to achieve both faithful representation of the core information of the lecture and enhanced readability. The notes should objectively and comprehensively present the speaker’s viewpoints, research methods, and conclusions, while clearly articulating the underlying research logic and highlighting the academic merits of the work.

II. Basic Formatting Requirements

1. Title:[Academic Notes] Lecture Topic

2. Content of the Notes:

(1) Basic Information of the Academic Lecture:Clearly record the date, time, and venue of the academic lecture, as well as the speaker’s basic information, including name, affiliation, academic title/position, and research fields. Photographs taken at the lecture venue shall be attached.

(2) Research Background and Significance:Systematically describe the research background, the limitations of existing studies, and the academic value as well as the potential application value of the research.

(3) Research Rationale and Methods:Accurately document the key elements presented in the lecture, including the research design, technical approach, experimental methods (such as data sources, model construction, and experimental procedures), and theoretical framework. Core parameters and critical steps shall be recorded precisely, and the omission of essential technical details should be avoided.

(4) Research Results and Data:Comprehensively present the core experimental results, data, and analytical conclusions reported in the lecture. Key data shall be recorded accurately. Important figures, tables, content, and core conclusions may be briefly described. Where feasible, screenshots of figures or tables may be attached with sources clearly indicated.

(5) Key Points of the Q&A Session:Record the key questions raised during the post-lecture Q&A session and the speaker’s responses, avoiding the omission of valuable discussion content. Photographs of the Q&A session and other relevant materials shall also be attached.

3. Attribution (Signatures):The name of the author shall be clearly indicated, along with the name of reviewer (PI) and presenter’s name.

4. Language Requirements:The academic notes shall be prepared in Chinese or English.

III. Logic and Expression Requirements

1. Clear and coherent logic:Notes should follow the original logical structure of the report. Reasonable hierarchy and transitional phrases should be used to make the content organized and coherent.

2. Accurate and concise expression:Use academic phrasing and standardized professional terminology. Avoid colloquial or casual expressions to ensure accuracy and rigor. While fully presenting core information, redundant statements should be minimized, key points highlighted, and lengthy content avoided.

3. Objective and faithful representation:Strictly adhere to objectivity. Fully present the presenter’s academic viewpoints and report content. Any arbitrary alteration, misrepresentation, or distortion of the original meaning, core content, or research results is strictly prohibited.

IV. Submission and Review Requirements

1. Submission Deadline:Academic notes must be completed and submitted to the PI and the presenter for review within 7 days after the report, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information.

2. Review and Revision:The PI must rigorously review the notes, promptly correcting any omissions, inaccuracies, or logical inconsistencies. After revision, the finalized notes should be submitted to the Educational Administration Department mailbox at[email protected]within 10 days after the report. The finalized academic notes will be published on the “Chinese Institute for Brain Research, Beijing” WeChat public account and the Institute’s official website.
