不同年龄段的孩子,可能会出现什么皮肤问题?
今天,我们就来梳理一下十几种常见或重要皮肤问题的好发年龄段。
首先,分享的是我们整理的图表。
从群体来看,每个年龄段都可以出现皮肤问题。有的皮肤病年龄跨度比较短,例如新生儿毒性红斑、新生儿痤疮,有的则比较长,例如脂溢性皮炎、特应性皮炎、手足口病。
另外,还有一些皮肤问题没有特定的好发年龄,这里没有罗列出来,例如虫咬皮炎 (蚊虫叮咬) 、荨麻疹、毛周角化症 (鸡皮肤) 、白色糠疹 (桃花癣) 、间擦疹等。
同时,要指出的是,这里统计的常见发病年龄是群体的平均年龄,适合大多数人,但不能代表所有人。因此,个别的孩子可能会在其他阶段出现相应的问题。
下面,我们再挨个讨论这些皮肤问题,供大家参考。
胎记泛指在出生时或出生后不久出现的皮肤印记,它的形状和/或颜色异于正常皮肤。主要的一些胎记有这样几种:
咖啡斑 :可能在出生时就出现或在儿童期早期显现,但往往在日晒后才会留意到;
蒙古斑 :一般出生就有,最常见于亚洲及黑人儿童的屁股和周围;
鲑鱼斑 :一般出生就有,可见于40%~60%的婴儿,最常见于眼睑、眉间和颈背中线;通常在1~2岁内消退,但颈背部的病变可长期不变;
婴儿血管瘤 :是婴儿期最常见的良性肿瘤,常在出生后的数日到数月内发现。
可发生于任何年龄。新生儿尤其常见,大约40%~50%的新生儿出生时就有。
新生儿毒性红斑
新生儿毒性红斑也叫做新生儿中毒性红斑或新生儿红斑。这是常见的脓疱性疾病,约见于20%的新生儿。一般在宝宝出生后3~4天内出现,且绝大多数都在出生后的1周内发生。
痱子是新生儿和婴儿因汗管阻塞而出现的一过性皮疹:
大约7%~40%的宝宝会出现红屁屁,出现时间可早至1周龄,但发病高峰是9~12月龄。
在整个儿童期,发生尿布皮炎的预期风险是25%。
脂溢性皮炎是婴儿、青少年及成人都比较常见的一种皮炎。
其中,婴儿期的脂溢性皮炎常始发于2~3周龄,大多在6周龄以内,并多在数月到1岁内自愈。
有数据显示,不满1个月的婴儿 (即新生儿) 中,大约10%的有脂溢性皮炎。3月龄时患病率达到峰值,随后数月患病率稳定下降。此病仅累及约7%的1~2岁儿童。
新生儿痤疮不是真的痤疮,叫做“新生儿头部脓疱病”更为规范。这是一种常见的皮疹,大约20%的新生儿都会出现。它的平均发病年龄为出生后3周,通常会在4个月内自行消退。
特应性皮炎也叫做特应性湿疹,常等同于口头上的婴儿湿疹。大约见于5%~20%的儿童,也可见于其他年龄段。
有数据显示,此病通常首发于2~6月龄,且绝大多数都在5岁以前发病。

多发生于12岁以下,尤其是2~9岁儿童。 |

传染性红斑 |
2~11岁儿童,尤其是5~7岁的学龄期儿童。 |

传染性软疣 |
大约5%的儿童都会出现,其中1~4岁儿童是主要群体 。 |
|
麻疹 |
儿童和成人均不多见*。 |
|
风疹 |
儿童和成人均不多见* 。 |
脓疱疮通常也叫做脓疱病,是一种皮肤浅层的化脓。这多见于2~5岁的儿童,不过年龄较大儿童和成人也可能患病。
感染通常发生在温暖、湿润的时候,容易通过密切接触在人群中播散。
这是链球菌引起的一种急性传染性,主要见于儿童,尤其是5~12岁儿童。
