“玩具保安”火了!看见他,上一秒“哇哇大哭”,下一秒“娃娃大笑”
A security guard at a children's hospital in Dalian, Liaoning province, has been dubbed "Toy Hero" by Chinese netizens after going viral on social media on Monday.
制服保安为何化身“玩具侠”?
Yu Jingjing has been working for three years at the Dalian Women and Children's Medical Group, a large hospital corp based in the northeastern port city of Dalian. Initially, he started hanging toys lost by children on his back after disinfecting them, making it easier for the owners to find them.
But he noticed that hardly anyone came back to claim them. Nevertheless, these dolls proved to be effective in comforting anxious children patients. So, Yu decided to buy some dolls with his money to give to the children.
是暖心大朋友,也是尽职好保安
"I see doctors and nurses busy every day, and parents are worried about their sick children," said Yu Jingjing, the security guard. "I am happy to do something within my abilities to help ease the anxiety of parents and children during their hospital visits." Yu has become a sensation at the children's hospital. In addition to the two or three dozen dolls attached to his uniform, he also wears a small red sign that reads, "Please call me if you need help."
