此外，他表示，中国在过去20年中实现的经济增长举世瞩目。他指出，中国作为世界上人口最多的国家（之一），实现了人均GDP的最高增长率，这几乎是不可能完成的任务。

What China has achieved over the last 20 years is remarkable. China, as one of the most heavily populated countries in the world, has had the highest growth in per capita GDP.  It is almost not be possible.

I think that China, if needed, has the capacity to have a more supportive growth policy. 

对于此次会议的全球性意义，伊加德表示，有对话就是好事。“中美两国一定要找到积极合作的出路，携手向前走。否则后果对于中美两国和全世界来说，都将难以承受。”他指出，希望中美两国可以通过对话，推动政策制定，建设性地向前推进合作。

I think, a dialogue is always good, and again, particularly with such important countries as the US and China. Because if not, the consequences for themselves and for the world will be too big. So I hope that the dialogue and policies are being established. That can lead to a constructive way forward.
