“三只羊”旗下账号，被停播！

Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province, decided to give a series of punishments to a leading e-commerce company based in the city, according to the local authorities' statement on Thursday night.

对于其中焦点“香港美诚月饼”事件，合肥市市场监督管理局表示，三只羊公司受广州市美诚食品有限公司委托，直播推介“香港美诚月饼”时称“香港美诚是一家专门做高端月饼的大品牌，已经做了将近20年”，强调“美诚的、香港的、高端的月饼”等卖点，构成虚假、引人误解的商业宣传行为。

The company, Sanzhiyang Network Technology, commissioned by Guangzhou Meisun Food Co Ltd, falsely advertised "Hong Kong Meisun Mooncakes" during a recent live stream, claiming it as a high-end mooncake brand specializing in this product for nearly 20 years, according to the local government's joint investigation team.

此外，联合调查组也公布了三只羊公司带货“澳洲谷饲牛肉卷”“御徽缘梅菜扣肉”“兔年生肖茅台酒”的调查情况。三只羊公司在直播中，根据委托方提供的信息推介伪劣商品。

Commissioned by other suppliers, Sanzhiyang company also was accused of providing other low-quality food products during their live stream programs, according to the statement.

处理意见上，合肥市市场监督管理局表示，依据《行政处罚法》《反不正当竞争法》等相关规定，拟决定对三只羊公司没收违法所得、罚款共计6894.91万元。

In accordance with the Administrative Penalty Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, it is proposed to confiscate the illegal gains of Sanzhiyang company and impose a total fine of 68.9 million yuan ($9.8 million), according to the statement.

针对三只羊公司直播带货中存在的相关问题，责令暂停经营限期整改，承担相关法律责任。

In response to the issues identified in the live-streamed sales by the company, they are ordered to suspend operations for a specified period for rectification and bear relevant legal responsibilities. 

对在工作过程中失察失职的单位和相关人员，纪检监察部门将立案调查，依法依规严肃处理。

Units and individuals who were negligent or derelict in their duties during the process will be investigated by the disciplinary and supervisory departments, and dealt with seriously in accordance with the law and regulations.

"三只羊"发布致歉声明

26日晚，合肥三只羊网络科技有限公司发布致歉声明。该公司称，近期有关公司在直播中虚假宣传误导消费者的问题，引起社会的关注，公司对此诚恳致歉。“我们全面接受联合调查组的调查处理意见和处罚结果，并愿承担相关法律责任。”三只羊公司表示。

Sanzhiyang apologized on Thursday for misleading consumers through false advertising during live streams. "We fully accept the investigation findings and penalties from the joint investigative team and are willing to bear the legal responsibilities," the company said.

抖音：已对“三只羊”旗下账号进行停播处理

Douyin also announced punishment for the company on Thursday. Starting from Sept 21, the platform has suspended live streaming from accounts affiliated with Sanzhiyang, Douyin said, adding that they will continue to urge proactive rectification and ensure the proper resolution of consumer post-sales compensations.
