韩国在野党：预计今日弹劾尹锡悦！韩国到底发生了什么？

据央视报道，当地时间12月4日，韩国最大在野党共同民主党表示正在推动尹锡悦总统弹劾案，预计今日内将完成文书起草发起弹劾。

当地时间4日凌晨4时27分左右，韩国总统尹锡悦在位于首尔龙山的总统办公室通过现场直播宣布，决定接受国会的要求，解除戒严令。这距离他3日22时25分宣布实施戒严令仅6个多小时。

4日凌晨，韩国举行紧急国务会议，通过了解除紧急戒严令的决议。

The Republic of Korea's emergency martial law, declared by President Yoon Suk-yeol Tuesday night, was lifted early Wednesday at a cabinet meeting after the parliament voted against it.

The motion to remove the martial law order was approved at an urgently convened cabinet meeting, according to multiple media outlets.

尹锡悦在直播中表示，“昨晚11时，为了对抗麻痹国家本质功能、破坏自由民主主义宪政秩序的反国家势力，以坚决的救国意志宣布了紧急戒严令”，但由于国会要求解除戒严令，所以撤回了投入戒严中的军队。

尹锡悦同时要求国会立即停止“反复弹劾、垄断立法、垄断预算等使国家功能瘫痪的无道行为”。

此前，韩国总统尹锡悦曾再度发表电视讲话，表示在韩国国会要求解除戒严令之后，尊重国会意见，已撤出戒严军队。韩国联合参谋本部表示，自当地时间4日4时22分起，引紧急戒严令而投入的兵力全部撤回。

韩国执政党国民力量党领导层当地时间12月4日召开紧急会议，讨论了尹锡悦总统宣布解除紧急戒严令后的对策。

据多名与会者透露，国民力量党在国会举行的非公开最高委员会会议上，领导层就尹锡悦退出国民力量党、要求内阁集体辞职、要求罢免国防部长官金龙显等问题达成了部分共识。

国民力量党将在最高委员会会议结束后立即召开紧急议员总会，就相关问题做出最终决定。

据此前报道，韩国最大在野党共同民主党4日敦促总统尹锡悦立即下台。共同民主党方面同时表示，如果尹锡悦不主动辞职，将推进弹劾程序。
