另一名美国网民指出了美国制造业的弊端。第一，你是个白痴。我们没有工厂，也没有产能。这得花好几年，而且我们根本压不下价格。第二，你是个不明真相的傀儡，眼睁睁地看着我们的生活被毁，却毫不在乎，因为你的团队通过市场操纵牟取了数百万美元。
网友的嘲讽的背后，是美国制造业无法回避的深层危机。美国制造业从汽车到手机，从服装到家居，曾经的“世界工厂”早已在去工业化浪潮中元气大伤。
