涉毒艺人苏永康,演唱会取消
Hong Kong pop singer William So (Su Yongkang)'s upcoming concert in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province was canceled, following a wave of public backlash over his past drug-related offense.
The controversy quickly trended on Chinese social media, with many users arguing that artists with drug histories should face permanent bans to honor the country's anti-drug efforts.
In response, ticketing platform Damai removed the concert listing, and the event organizer submitted an application to cancel the show.
