The regulator said the city is committed to maintaining a fair and orderly tourism market, urging residents and visitors to retain evidence and report similar cases via the 12345 hotline or official local tourism complaint channels. It also advised diners to choose restaurants recommended by reputable platforms.

据媒体此前报道，近日，有网友发帖称，与家人在三亚旅游时，被非运营车辆拉到海鲜店吃饭，4道海鲜与2个椰子共消费1930元。点菜时，服务员强调“整个三亚都是这个价格”。
According to previous media reports, a tourist said online that during a family trip to Sanya, Hainan province, they were taken by a non-operational vehicle to a seafood restaurant, where four seafood dishes and two coconuts cost 1,930 yuan. The tourist said staff claimed at the time that "this is the price across the whole of Sanya".
三亚市综合行政执法局接线人员告诉媒体，三亚市正在对海鲜消费领域宰客行为进行整治，消费者遭遇宰客后可进行投诉，相应辖区的分局执法人员会第一时间处理。
A local law enforcement official was quoted by media as saying the city is carrying out a campaign to curb unfair practices in the seafood sector, adding that consumers who encounter price gouging can file complaints and that enforcement officers will respond promptly.
