“候补”购票成功率超70%，12306官方发攻略
双语君约 5 分钟China's railway ticketing platform 12306 released a detailed Q&A on the waitlist ticket function. Data shows that the current success rate for waitlist fulfillment is over 70%, of which 51% are short-distance tickets.
For popular long-distance trains, the system prioritizes passengers traveling the full or long distance. Most seats are allocated to the origin station, with a small portion to stations near the origin or destination. Intermediate stop–stop pairs often receive no pre-allocated seats, so they immediately appear as waitlist.
此时，建议旅客可选择其他非热门列车或短途列车，如必须购买该热门车次的中间站间车票，可提交候补需求。
▌为什么有的列车车票开售后快速售罄、进入候补状态？
与“开售时即候补”不同，有的热门列车车票开售后快速售罄、进入候补状态的原因主要是旅客购票需求“扎堆”，导致票额短时间内售罄、进入候补状态，主要有两种情况：
一是热门车次的全程及长途票快速售罄。部分热门线路、热门目的地的列车，或始发（终到）时间适宜、旅行时间较短的列车，更受旅客青睐，在车票开售时，由于购票需求远超该趟列车在这些站间可发售的票额，无论是全程票还是长途票，都会快速售罄、进入候补状态。
Full/long-distance tickets sell out fast – for very popular routes/destinations or trains with convenient schedules, demand far exceeds available seats.
二是热门车次裂解的少量短途票快速售罄。部分热门长途列车在预分票额时，会裂解出少量站间短途票，这类票数量少，开售后会快速售罄、进入候补状态。

▌候补购票的规则是什么？
铁路12306按照购票人提交的候补订单生效的时间顺序，由系统自动排队为其兑现。
当有退票、改签或增加运力、票额裂解等产生新票额，并与候补订单的日期、车次、区间、席别、购票数量相匹配时，系统会按候补订单排队顺序自动兑现车票，按照“先到先得”原则将新增的票额优先满足已提交候补订单的购票人。
Orders are queued by submission time. When new seats become available (e.g., from cancellations, refunds, capacity increases, or seat reallocation) matching your date, train, segment, class, and quantity, the system automatically fulfills orders strictly in queue order.
▌候补订单是如何兑现的？
购票人可根据自身需求，通过铁路12306有针对性地提交候补订单，购票人在提交候补订单后，系统全天24小时持续进行兑现，当候补订单的日期、车次、区间、席别、购票数量等与新增票额相匹配时，系统按照“先到先得”原则和候补订单排队顺序为购票人自动兑现车票。
After you submit an order, the system runs 24/7. Once new seats match your request, it automatically assigns tickets based on queue order.
▌如何提高成功率？
To improve your success rate:
√ Submit your waitlist order as early as possible.
√ Include more date & train combinations (i.e., queue in multiple trains).
√ Select “accept newly added trains” when available.
√ Pay attention to peak refund/cancellation times: 8 days, 48 hours, and 24 hours before departure – these are when more tickets may emerge due to tiered refund fees.
购票人如通过铁路12306提交的一笔候补订单中的多种“车次+日期”候补组合间存在行程冲突，那么系统在成功兑现其中一单后，其他的组合将自动失效；
如果提交了多笔候补订单，选择的车次运行时间没有重叠的话，系统在成功兑现其中一笔订单后，其他的订单不会判定为行程冲突，有可能兑现成功。
因此，如果旅客朋友已经买到了心仪的车票，建议及时取消其他候补订单，以免影响行程安排。
