三体宇宙发声明回应“原CEO许垚被执行死刑”

据经济观察报，2026年5月21日，备受关注的企业高管投毒案主犯、三体宇宙（上海）文化发展有限公司原CEO许垚，被执行死刑。

Xu Yao, former CEO of Three Body Universe (Shanghai) Cultural Development Co Ltd, was executed on Thursday, for poisoning company founder Lin Qi and four colleagues in a case that stunned China's gaming and sci-fi industries, according to The Economic Observer.

2026年5月22日至26日，多位消息人士向记者证实了上述消息。5月21日当天，许垚投毒案中的一位受害者，在社交媒体上留言感慨：“正义，虽迟但到。”

Multiple sources confirmed the execution between Friday and Tuesday. One of the victims wrote on social media on the day of the execution: "Justice, though delayed, has finally arrived."

5月26日，@三体THREE-BODY 发声明，具体内容如下：

On Tuesday, Three-Body Universe said in a statement that "justice has ultimately been served", while mourning Lin, who had devoted himself to turning Three-Body IP into a globally influential cultural franchise.

许垚一案，发生于2020年。

2020年12月16日，林奇“突发疾病”，送往上海本地医院抢救。

次日晚间，林奇的妹夫报警，称林奇可能被人投毒。报警约20个小时后，即2020年12月18日18时40分许，警方将许垚抓获。

2020年消息，游族网络公告称：公司于2020年12月25日收到公司董事长暨总经理、实际控制人、控股股东林奇家属的通知，林奇因病救治无效于2020年12月25日逝世。

The case began in December 2020, when Lin was hospitalized in Shanghai after suddenly falling ill. Police arrested Xu on Dec 18 after Lin's family reported suspected poisoning. Lin died on Dec 25, 2020.
