蒂芙尼（TIFFANY），起诉一卫生巾品牌

7月9日9时30分，北京市高级人民法院公开开庭审理一起涉及美国蒂芙尼公司、国家知识产权局和海淘（上海）投资有限公司的行政案件。
海淘（上海）投资有限公司现已更名为上海适里品牌管理有限公司。信息显示，该公司名下有多枚“ALFFANY”商标。
According to Jiupai News, ALFFANY's brand head, surnamed Liu, said on Friday that the company specializes in sanitary products and never intended to benefit from Tiffany's reputation as a luxury jewelry brand, stressing that the two operate in different categories and are unlikely to cause confusion.
Liu said Tiffany is seeking to revoke the trademark and has asked e-commerce platforms to remove ALFFANY products. If the company loses the case, she said, it will have to abandon its brand and start over, dealing a major blow to the business.
此前，蒂芙尼已针对上海适里名下多枚“ALFFANY”商标提出异议或无效宣告请求。
Tiffany has challenged multiple "ALFFANY" trademarks. One was previously declared invalid after being found similar to Tiffany's trademark, while another survived a 2025 opposition and was approved for registration.
蒂芙尼与LV同属LVMH集团
但两起案件性质不同
As of now, ALFFANY sanitary pad products remain available on Chinese e-commerce platforms.
