昆明警方通报“实习生向鲜花饼内吐痰事件”

Kunming police have administratively detained a 30-year-old man for spreading false information online, alleging that phlegm had been spat into flower cakes at a local food factory, after the company reported the rumor to police, saying it had damaged its reputation.

The man, surnamed Du, had interned at the company for 26 days in 2014 while attending a vocational high school, according to a police statement. The company's report prompted a joint investigation by police and market regulators. Police said Du had fabricated the information to attract attention and traffic, thereby disrupting public order, and was punished under China's Public Security Administration Punishments Law.
近日，有网友发帖称，自己所在学校组织学生前往云南嘉华食品工厂参与鲜花饼生产实习，每天工作时长达到12小时，当日报酬仅50元。发帖人还声称，实习学生因不满实习工资，向鲜花饼内吐痰，此事引发广泛关注。
9月9日上午，记者发现相关帖文已删除。
Earlier media reports said a social media user had claimed that students from the school were organized to intern at Yunnan Jiahua Food Factory, working 12-hour shifts for just 50 yuan per day. The user also alleged that dissatisfied interns had spat into the flower cakes, sparking widespread attention. The post had been deleted by Wednesday morning, according to local media.
现代快报报道，针对上述情况，云南省昆明市阳宗海风景名胜区人社局劳动保障监察大队已于8日夜间收到相关信息，连夜介入调查；此外，当地市监部门也已介入调查。
据悉，工作人员表示，根据企业反馈，嘉华方面称并未与任何学校建立学生实习合作，也没有学校统一派遣学生进厂顶岗实习。
