泌尿外科医生在高铁上，接生了个孩子！

9月5日，在一列由上海出发的高铁上，一位孕妇突然临产。海军军医大学第一附属医院（上海长海医院）泌尿外科医生方玉挺身而出，一边给产科专家打电话求教，一边帮助孕妇生产。在多方协助配合下，顺利接生一名健康男婴。
A urologist aboard a high-speed train from Shanghai helped deliver a baby after a pregnant woman went into sudden labor in the restroom, calling an obstetrician for guidance over the phone and safely delivering a healthy boy.

当天15时33分，列车正在行驶途中，一名怀孕36周多的女子在洗手间内突然临盆。她大声呼救，乘务员闻讯迅速赶到。
“露头了！露头了！有没有医生？”列车广播随即发出紧急求助。正在休假返乡途中的方玉听到广播后，立刻赶往现场。几乎同时，上海市第一人民医院胸外科医生陆方林也跑到了现场。此时胎儿的头已经露出来了。“我当时也很懵，因为我是泌尿科医生，以前没碰到过这个情况。”方玉医生说。
The woman, over 36 weeks pregnant, called for help around 3:33 pm on Saturday. Fang Yu, a urologist from Shanghai Changhai Hospital traveling on leave, and Lu Fanglin, a thoracic surgeon from Shanghai General Hospital, rushed to the scene, where the baby's head had already emerged.

这时，列车乘务员迅速送来急救物资，乘警也在车厢内维持秩序。狭小的卫生间内，医生、乘务人员与产妇家属展开了一场争分夺秒的生命接力赛。
方玉回忆，当时胎儿出来的速度很快，他顾不上多想，小心托住胎儿头部，协助孕妇慢慢站起。仅仅几分钟，孩子顺利降生。当他用毛巾裹好新生儿后，突然意识到还有一项关键操作——剪断脐带以及后续处置，该怎么做？
Fang admitted he was initially at a loss, having never encountered such a situation. Train staff brought first-aid supplies and police kept order as the doctors, attendants, and the woman's family worked together. Fang supported the baby's head and helped the mother stand; within minutes the child was born. After wrapping the newborn, he realized he still needed to cut the cord and handle follow-up care.
从未遇到过接生以及如此紧急的状态，方玉一边安抚产妇，一边视频连线海军军医大学第一附属医院妇产科教授蔡圣芸，开启远程实时会诊指导。

方玉告诉记者，蔡教授反复叮嘱，消毒环节务必到位。他们两人按照指导，使用碘伏消毒，在脐带两端夹上止血钳，再完成断脐操作。方玉说，蔡教授给他们专业提醒，因为车上没有专业医疗设备，抵达医院后务必告知接诊医生，为产妇和新生儿做破伤风相关处理。
With no prior experience, Fang called Cai Shengyun, an obstetrics professor at his hospital, for remote guidance. Following her instructions, they disinfected with iodophor, clamped the cord at both ends, and cut it. Cai also stressed that the mother and baby should receive tetanus-related treatment at a hospital due to the lack of professional equipment on the train.
15时46分男婴呱呱坠地。“孩子顺利出生，母子状态良好！”方玉说小宝宝使劲踢腿，他轻轻拍了拍小宝宝的脚掌，小宝宝哭得很响，说明呼吸系统和生命体征都很健康。
后续，列车停靠南京南站，打通绿色通道，将产妇和婴儿转运至附近医院。经全面检查，产妇和新生儿健康无恙。家属特意电话致谢，向现场挺身而出的医生和列车工作人员表达感谢。
The baby boy was delivered at 3:46 pm. Fang reported that both mother and child were in good condition, noting the baby kicked vigorously and cried loudly after he patted his foot, indicating healthy breathing and vital signs.
The train later stopped at Nanjing South Railway Station, where a green channel was opened to transfer the mother and baby to a nearby hospital. A full examination confirmed both were healthy. The family called to express their gratitude.

从医十余年，方玉救治过不少患者，但在高铁车厢内协助分娩尚属头一次。方玉表示这是他人生第一次亲手剪断脐带，就连自己一双儿女的脐带当初也并非由他操作。
遇到危难站出来，并不只是个人选择。方玉表示，“救死扶伤，服务军民”是医院宗旨，也是医院每一位医务人员的职业信念。“任何时候听到医疗求助，我们都会第一时间过去。”方玉说，这次跨专业急救，既有医生救死扶伤的本能，也有来自部队医院日常训练给的底气。“我们接受过战场急救相关训练，虽然不是产科专科，但基础急救处置知识是有储备的。”
同时他也提醒广大孕产妇，孕晚期尽量避免长途远行，外出待产务必评估出行风险，优先保障自身与胎儿安全。

Fang, who has practiced medicine for over a decade, said this was his first time delivering a baby and cutting an umbilical cord — even his own children's cords were cut by others.
He said stepping forward in an emergency reflects his hospital's mission of "saving lives and serving the military and civilians," and credited both a doctor's instinct and routine military hospital training in battlefield first aid.
He also reminded pregnant women to avoid long-distance travel in late pregnancy and to assess travel risks.
