高铁车窗玻璃被刻“吴××到此一游”，“游”字还写错了，铁路西安局回应

该网友告诉记者，字刻在车窗玻璃内侧，“只有尖锐物品能在玻璃上刻字”，当时看到感觉“很震惊”。而且“到此一游”的“游”字的右边部分还写成了反文旁，网友评价称刻字者“既没素质又没文化”。
The passenger, who shared photos online, said the carving appeared on the inside of the window glass and could only have been made with a sharp object. Netizens also pointed out that the character "游" in the phrase "到此一游" was written incorrectly, prompting comments that the person was "both ill-mannered and uneducated."
9月12日，该趟G672次列车隶属的中国铁路西安局集团有限公司一名工作人员回应记者称，经核实，已找到对应列车及留有“吴××到此一游，西安-郑州”字样的玻璃。该工作人员表示，高铁列车车窗玻璃均有一层保护膜，检修人员撕掉保护膜后，发现车窗玻璃未受损，于是重新更换了一张保护膜。
On Saturday, a staff member with China Railway Xi'an Group, which operates train G672, confirmed that the specific train and window had been identified. The window glass on high-speed trains is covered with a protective film, and after maintenance workers peeled it off, they found the glass itself was undamaged, so they replaced the film.
12306中国铁路客服热线西安局客服中心相关工作人员表示，乘车途中若发现有人恶意损毁列车公共设施、乱刻乱画，可立即向列车工作人员或拨打12306客服热线反馈，工作人员会到现场进行处理。“由于旅客自身原因导致列车公共设施受损，肯定要由责任人赔偿。”
The Xi'an customer service center for the 12306 railway hotline said passengers who witness vandalism or defacement of train facilities should immediately report it to staff or call the hotline. "If damage to public facilities is caused by a passenger, the responsible person must compensate," the staff member said.
