近日，有网友在社交平台发帖称，自己乘坐高铁时，邻座一名乘客一边吃花生一边饮用白酒，浓烈的白酒气味让自己十分难受，同时也担心对方饮酒过量引发状况，此事引发网友讨论。

发帖网友表示，这是她首次在高铁车厢座位上闻到白酒味道，而且邻座男子是将白酒装进矿泉水瓶里喝的，一阵酒味扑面而来，乘车体验大打折扣，内心也担忧饮酒旅客醉酒后会出现突发状况。9月14日，记者尝试联系发帖网友，暂未得到回应。

The poster said she was sitting next to a man who was eating peanuts and drinking white liquor straight from a mineral water bottle, filling the carriage with a strong alcoholic smell. She described it as her first time encountering such a situation on a high-speed train and worried that the man might drink to excess and cause a scene mid-trip.

据经视直播，针对高铁能不能带酒、车上能否饮酒的问题，12306客服表示，根据规定，旅客可以携带原装白酒上高铁，但必须满足包装密封完好、标志清晰，酒精度处于24度至70度区间内，单人携带总量累计不超过3000毫升。

按照要求，旅客携带液体过安检时须接受检查，有可能是旅客通过安检后，为方便饮用，将包装密封好的酒倒入矿泉水瓶。这种情况下，车厢内虽没有明文禁止饮酒，但建议尽量不要在高铁列车上饮酒。

To clarify the rules, reporters contacted the 12306 customer service hotline. An agent explained that passengers may bring commercially packaged baijiu on board, provided the bottles are properly sealed with clear labeling, the alcohol content falls between 24 and 70 percent, and the total amount does not exceed 3,000 milliliters per person.

The agent noted that passengers carrying liquids must pass through security checks, and suggested the man may have transferred sealed liquor into a mineral water bottle after clearing security for convenience. While there is no explicit rule banning drinking on high-speed trains, the agent advised passengers to refrain from consuming alcohol on board.

如果旅客饮酒之后出现酗酒失态，对周边乘客造成干扰或破坏车厢公共秩序，乘警将会介入，涉事旅客会被移交下车处理。

If a passenger becomes intoxicated and disruptive, interfering with others or disturbing public order in the carriage, railway police will step in and the individual may be removed from the train, the agent said.
