“一车人都买错票”，游客建议车站改名后，12306新增弹窗提醒

The reminder appears when users select the station, noting it is located in Yunjin town, Luxian county, and urging passengers to verify their destination. A 12306 representative said the feature was likely added after a local request.
据此前报道，泸州站、泸州东站尽管只有一字之差，但后者距离泸州市区约30公里。自渝昆高铁渝宜段2024年开通以来，已有不少误认为泸州东站位于市区而“买错票”“下错站”的旅客建议修改站名。
有游客在当地网络问政平台留言称，其当天从外地坐高铁到泸州，在12306搜“泸州”，看到“泸州东”以为就是市区的车站，结果到了才发现该站位于泸县云锦镇，离市区30多公里，“一车人基本都是同样情况，有赶着回家的、有出差办事的，全被折腾够呛。”对此，该名游客建议推动泸州东站更名为“泸县-云锦站”或“泸县东站”，以及短期内让12306在站名旁标注实际位置（如“泸县云锦镇”）。
Since the Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway's Chongqing-Yibin section opened in 2024, many passengers have bought the wrong ticket or gotten off at the wrong stop. One traveler wrote on a government inquiry platform that they assumed "Luzhou East" was the city station, only to find it over 30 kilometers away. "Almost everyone on the train was in the same situation," they said, suggesting the station be renamed "Luxian-Yunjin" or "Luxian East," with its actual location labeled on the app.
