男子花9680元买情侣游套餐，“女友”临行前失联，警方提醒......

网上结识了漂亮“女友”，线下还见过面、吃过饭，可就在支付了高价旅游费后，“女友”先拖延、后失联……类似警情接连发生。

警方调查发现，受害人居然都在同一款旅游小程序下了单。

上海浦东警方近期成功捣毁这个以婚恋交友为名实施诈骗的犯罪团伙，已有200多名未婚男性中招。

The police of Pudong, Shanghai, have dismantled a dating-fraud ring that used a travel mini program to swindle more than 200 unmarried men out of over 1 million yuan.

8月2日下午，郭先生急匆匆跑进浦东公安分局曹路派出所报警，称其“女友”小汪失联了。

The case came to light on Aug 2, when a victim surnamed Guo reported to Caolu Police Station that his "girlfriend" surnamed Wang had lost contact. 

郭先生回忆，6月份，他在社交软件上结识了小汪，两人迅速确立恋爱关系。前一阵，小汪主动提出想去云南旅游，郭先生就按照“女友”的推荐，在一款旅游小程序上花费9680元购买了情侣双人行套餐。

Guo said he met Wang on a social platform in June and they quickly began dating. She later suggested a trip to Yunnan province and recommended a travel mini program, where he paid 9,680 yuan for a couples package.

可临近出发时，小汪先以“外婆生病”为由推脱，后又称“外婆去世”了，不能如约去旅游，最后彻底失联。

As departure neared, Wang said her grandmother was ill, then claimed her grandmother had died, and finally stopped responding.

鉴于郭先生提到，两人曾线下见过面、吃过饭，并且后来旅行社也退还了部分钱款，接警民警本以为这就是一起感情纠纷。可进一步梳理情况后，却发现了一些疑点。

原来，曹路派出所不久前曾接报过另一起警情，情节异常相似，都是刚确立关系不久，“女友”就要求购买旅游产品，且在临行前“人间蒸发”。

同款旅游小程序、同样的“临阵变卦”，警方研判这绝非普通的感情纠纷，更像是以往处置过的网恋诈骗的变种套路。

Police initially treated the case as a relationship dispute because the two had met offline and the travel agency had refunded part of the money. But they soon found a similar earlier report. The same mini program and last-minute cancellations pointed to a new form of online dating fraud.

浦东公安分局刑侦支队会同曹路派出所成立专案组展开调查，很快一个以姚某某为首的诈骗犯罪团伙浮出水面。

在全面掌握该团伙的组织架构和藏匿地点后，专案组果断收网。8月11日下午，浦东警方赶赴青浦区某小区，一举抓获姚某某等10名犯罪嫌疑人。

On Aug 11, officers raided a residential compound in Qingpu district and arrested 10 suspects, including Yao. 

到案后，姚某某等人如实交代了犯罪事实。2025年8月，姚某某受网上各类感情纠纷“八卦”新闻的影响，想到了将网恋诈骗伪装成恋爱纠纷的“生财之道”。

为此，他注册了一家旅游公司，还专门研发了一款用于下单的旅游小程序。随后，他招募多名“聊手”开始在社交平台上物色单身男性，按照提前准备好的“话术”，以恋爱为名培养感情，再诱导受害人在其小程序上购买高价旅游套餐。

Yao admitted that he had registered a travel company and developed the mini program, then recruited many online chatters to target single men on social platforms. They pretended to be in love and pushed high-priced travel packages. 

这些“聊手”成功的第一单会获得5%的提成，第二单10%，第三单之后每单均有15%的提成。

The chatters earned 5 percent commission on their first order, 10 percent on the second and 15 percent on later orders.

为打消受害人顾虑，姚某某还雇佣了以前工作时认识的两名面容姣好的女性，作为“地接”充当假冒的“女友”。两名“地接”按小时收费，每次收取100元至200元不等的报酬。

Tomake victims less suspicious, Yao hired two attractive women he knew from a previous job as in-person decoys. They met victims and posed as their girlfriends, charging 100 to 200 yuan per hour.

只要受害人购买了高价旅游套餐，姚某某等人就会编造各种理由推迟行程。若受害人坚持要求退款，则退还一半左右钱款来拖延时间，最终彻底失联。

Once a victim paid, the gang invented excuses to postpone the trip. If the victim demanded a refund, they returned about half the money to buy time before cutting contact.

一套操作下来，让很多单身男性既赔了感情又失了钱财。

截至目前，警方已查证的涉案金额有100多万元。相关受害人达200多名，均为90后、00后未婚男性。

Police have verified more than 1 million yuan in losses. More than 200 victims have been identified, all unmarried men born in the 1990s or 2000s.

专案组随后循线深挖，将郭某某和华某某两名“地接”也一并抓捕归案。目前，姚某某等8名犯罪嫌疑人因涉嫌诈骗罪被依法刑事拘留，郭某某等4名犯罪嫌疑人已被依法采取刑事强制措施，案件正在进一步侦办中。

Eight suspects, including Yao, have been criminally detained on suspicion of fraud. Four others, including the two decoys, have been placed under criminal coercive measures. The case is under further investigation.
