黄晓明、王鹤棣、黄子韬、刘耀文等知名艺人中招！警方破获特大明星行程黑产，38人被抓

Police in Leshan, Sichuan province, have busted a major criminal ring that illegally obtained and sold the travel and personal information of more than 3,000 celebrities and influencers, earning over 2.2 million yuan, with 38 suspects arrested.

时间拨回到2025年12月7日，一档明星真人秀节目在乐山录制，明星团除了黄晓明和王鹤棣，还有黄子韬、刘耀文、邵子恒、于洋等。在明星下榻的酒店外，粉丝如云；当他们在双层巴士上露面时，上演了大量粉丝骑车追行的“马路追星”场面。
“当时我们发现乐山城区某酒店外聚集了很多人，里三层外三层全是年轻人。”办案民警介绍说，按常理来说，明星来拍节目这种事没有提前泄露的话，是不会有人知晓的。初步调查发现，有人将明星及同行人员的航班、住宿等行程信息出售给粉丝，粉丝随即赶到现场等候。
When a celebrity reality show was being filmed in Leshan on Dec 7, 2025, fans gathered outside the hotel where stars were staying and chased their vehicles through the streets. Officers noted that such a large crowd would not have appeared without prior leaks. Preliminary inquiries revealed that someone had sold the celebrities' flight and accommodation details to fans.
原来，这背后隐藏着一个以林某某为首的侵犯公民个人信息团伙。经查，该团伙利用部分航空公司、高铁购票APP、网站的校验、审核机制漏洞，非法查询、获取大量明星、网红等公众人物身份资料、航班、高铁出行票务等信息，同时还出售“开盒”教程，通过互联网平台宣传推广，向粉丝群体兜售。
Authorities uncovered a ring led by a suspect surnamed Lin that exploited security loopholes in airline and high-speed rail booking apps and websites to illegally obtain identity documents, flight, and train ticket information of public figures. The group also sold doxxing tutorials and promoted its services to fan communities through online platforms.
“涉及3000多名知名艺人及网红，每条明星行程信息售价150元至220元不等，团伙累计非法获利220万元。”办案民警告诉记者，该案抓获犯罪嫌疑人38人，其中34人被采取刑事强制措施，查获公民个人信息5万余条。此外，公安机关同步梳理同类团伙70余个、涉案人员612名。
According to police, the case involved more than 3,000 well-known artists and influencers, with each piece of travel information selling for 150 to 220 yuan. The gang earned about 2.2 million yuan in total. Police arrested 38 suspects, placed 34 under criminal coercive measures, and seized over 50,000 pieces of personal information. Authorities also identified more than 70 similar gangs involving 612 individuals.

警方提醒，网络不是法外之地。购买、贩卖他人个人信息都要承担法律责任，广大网友要拒绝网络开盒，自觉守护公民个人信息安全。
