店主张贴“回趟公安，10天后见”歇业字条，网友解读其“被拘留”，店主：是地名！难以接受，要求道歉
双语君约 5 分钟近日，江西赣州信丰县一家锅盔店因一张“回趟公安，10天后见”的歇业公告，被网友解读为店主遭拘留而引发关注。
对此，该店主表示，自己只是回湖北公安县给孩子过周岁，希望发布视频的网友公开澄清并道歉。
A guokui shop owner in Xinfeng county, Ganzhou, Jiangxi province, has asked a social media account to publicly clarify and apologize after a notice about his temporary closure was misinterpreted as evidence that he had been detained.

店主张威（化名）告诉记者，他和妻子在当地经营一家名为“公安锅盔”的小店，至今已有半年多。由于孩子刚满周岁，需要回到公安县老家操办周岁礼，他于9月12日在店铺卷帘门上贴出“回趟公安，10天后见”的公告，计划歇业十天左右。“我老家是湖北省荆州市公安县，小孩要办周岁，所以我要回老家十天半个月左右。”张威说。
Zhang Wei, a pseudonym, runs a small shop called "Gong'an Guokui" with his wife. The name refers to Gong'an county in Jingzhou, Hubei province, which is known for its guokui, a type of baked flatbread. The couple have operated the shop for more than six months. Because their child had just turned one, they needed to return to Gong'an for the child's first-birthday celebration. On Sept 12, Zhang posted a notice on the shop's roller shutter that read, "Back to Gong'an, see you in 10 days." He planned to close the shop for about 10 days.

9月14日，某自媒体账号发布了一条涉及该店铺的视频，将公告解读为“老板进去拘留10天，暂时关门，十天之后回来开店”。视频发布后，部分网友在评论区进一步猜测，店主可能因嫖娼或赌博被拘留。
In Chinese, "Gong'an" (公安) is also a common term for public security and police, while Gong'an county (公安县) is a place name. On Sept 14, a social media account posted a video about the shop, interpreting the notice to mean that the owner had been detained for 10 days and would reopen afterward. Some users in the comments then speculated that Zhang might have been detained for soliciting prostitution or gambling.
张威表示，自己起初并不知情，直到朋友将视频截图发给他，才发现店铺的歇业公告被如此解读。“他说老板被公安拘留十天，他粉丝也挺多的，这个事情，就在视频平台里面炸开了。”得知此事后，张威于9月14日通过私信联系了涉事账号，对方随后删除了相关作品。
记者从张威提供的私信记录中看到，对方解释称，“只是调侃一下，没有不好的意思”，并表示发布视频是想帮店铺宣传，“给你打一下广告（上）热门了，让更多的信丰人知道你们公安特产”。对方还称，观看、点赞和评论的网友都知道是在调侃，并无恶意。
In private messages shared by Zhang, the account holder explained that it was "just a joke, with no bad intentions" and said the video was intended to help promote the shop. "I gave you a free ad and it went viral, letting more people in Xinfeng know about your Gong'an specialty," the message said. The account holder added that viewers, people who liked the video and commenters understood that it was meant as a joke and was not intended to cause harm.

Zhang said he found the explanation unacceptable. Even if someone did not know that Gong'an is the name of a county, he argued, they should not have concluded from a single notice that the owner had been detained. The video received about 100 likes, while comments about gambling and soliciting prostitution left him deeply troubled, he said. He added that he was concerned about damage to his personal reputation and the shop's business.
对于后续如何处理，张威表示，自己并不打算向对方索要经济赔偿，也不希望事情进一步扩大，只希望对方能够通过公开发布视频的方式澄清事实并道歉。“公开一个作品，给我道个歉，给我澄清一下。”张威说，既然此前通过视频传播了不实信息，就应当对由此产生的影响作出回应。
Zhang said he does not intend to seek financial compensation or let the matter escalate further. He only wants the account to post a public video clarifying the facts and apologizing. "Post a public video, apologize to me and clarify what happened," he said. Since the false information was spread through a video, he added, the account should respond to the impact it caused.
他表示，希望先与对方沟通，如果对方不愿公开澄清、道歉，自己将考虑报警处理。“主要是看他的态度。”张威说，他希望对方能够正视此事，给自己一个交代。
河南泽槿律师事务所主任付建认为，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零二十四条，任何组织或者个人不得以侮辱、诽谤等方式侵害他人名誉权。涉事网友将“回趟公安”曲解为“老板进去拘留”并在网络传播，可能导致店主社会评价降低，侵害其名誉权及店铺信誉，应承担公开道歉、消除影响、赔偿损失等民事责任。
此外，捏造事实诽谤他人还可能违反《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，面临拘留、罚款等行政处罚；若同一诽谤信息实际浏览量达到5000次以上，或转发量达到500次以上，符合诽谤罪其他构成要件的，店主可依法提起刑事自诉。
