“我已20小时没有进食进水，帮我，求你们……”
双语君约 4 分钟近日，浙江杭州上城，九旬独居老人被反锁在卧室，写下纸条扔下楼求救。小区保安发现后，开展了一场“一呼百应”的救援……
A 90-year-old woman living alone in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, was rescued after handwritten SOS notes were found by a residential security guard. The woman was accidentally locked in her bedroom for about 20 hours.
9月14日8时许，杭州上城清波街道十三湾巷小区保安刘贤亮正在巡逻。经过一栋居民楼下时，他看到地上有个用红绳绑着的报纸团，拆开后发现里面裹着三张纸条，上面写着的竟然都是求救信息：
“请交门口值班老师，求你们了。我是XXX。”
“上城区十三湾巷XXX室开门，要求师傅开门，不要换锁，主人在里面。”背面还写着自己已20小时没有进食进水。
The guard, Liu Xianliang, was patrolling a residential compound in Shangcheng district at around 8 am on Sept 14 when he spotted a newspaper rolled into a ball and tied with red string. Inside were three notes, including one asking someone to open the door without replacing the lock and saying she had not eaten or drunk anything for 20 hours.
第三张纸上，甚至写着刘贤亮的名字：“交门口今天值班老师。今天若是星期二，转交刘贤亮老师，帮我。求你们，求你们，我已经难过了。”
刘贤亮在这里工作七八年了，对这位求助的老人很熟悉，她姓吴，今年已经90多岁。吴奶奶是一位退休老师，一个人住在这栋楼的4楼，平时在小区里碰到了，两人总会停下来聊几句。
“我当时立马就上楼了。”刘贤亮跑到4楼敲门、喊人，门里传来模糊的回应声，但听不清说的是什么。他尝试给吴奶奶打电话，却一直未能接通。
刘贤亮见状赶紧通知物业和社区，通过“一呼百应”共治机制，将情况反映给派出所。
Liu recognized the resident as Grandma Wu, a retired teacher in her 90s who lived alone on the fourth floor. In response to the notes, Liu rushed upstairs, knocked on the door and heard a faint response, but could not reach her by phone. He alerted property management and community officials, who reported the situation to police through the "One Call, All Respond" co-governance mechanism.
接到情况后，清波派出所民警金志亮立即带队，联动119一同赶往现场。消防队员带了大型切割机，随时可以破门救援。
但考虑到吴奶奶写在纸条上的请求，民警与消防队员商量后，决定从隔壁单元邻居家的阳台翻过去。他们从窗户进入了吴奶奶的卧室，很快就从内部打开了房门。
Police officers and firefighters then climbed over from a neighboring balcony and entered the bedroom through the window, opening the door from inside. They later found that the bedroom door handle was broken and could not be operated from inside. Wu had accidentally locked herself in, while her phone was left outside the room. After several failed attempts to get out, she wrote the notes and threw them out the window.
门打开后，脸色苍白、身体虚弱的吴奶奶看到了民警和消防员，眼眶一下子红了，连声感谢：“谢谢你们，谢谢你们……”
刘贤亮赶紧上前扶住她，从旁边拿了牛奶，喂她喝了几口。
事后，民警了解到，原来吴奶奶家中的卧室门把手坏了，从里面打不开。当天她没注意，一不小心就被反锁在了屋里，手机也没放在卧室。多番自救无果后，她尝试写下求助信息，从窗户丢了出去。
刘贤亮及时发现求救信息，被困20余小时的她终于获救。“他每天都会来！我就盼着，他能看见这张纸条……”吴奶奶事后说道。
刘贤亮是小区的保安，也是上城区“一呼百应”共治体系的成员。平时大家各守一方，有事一声呼应，多方响应。
Liu is a member of the "One Call, All Respond" campaign, under which community workers remain at their respective posts but coordinate their efforts when emergencies arise.
一声“呼”，百声“应”，应的是身边人，护的是身边事。平安，就在这寻常的一呼百应里。
