“纯牛奶倒出来竟是清水”，董事长出镜道歉：同批次卖出674单，仅退款不退货

A Chinese dairy brand has apologized and offered refunds after consumers found clear liquid instead of milk in sealed cartons, sparking food safety concerns.

今天（9月24日）凌晨，“马三三官方旗舰店”账号发布视频，马三三乳业董事长马良出镜致歉，“针对我公司牛奶包装盒内倒出清水的问题，我代表公司向大家诚恳道歉”。

他提到，已联系当事消费者积极处置并致歉，经核实，同批次共销售674单，正联系这批次的消费者进行回访，对购买该批次产品的消费者作“仅退款，不退货”处理。

In a video posted early on Thursday, Ma Liang, chairman of Masansan Dairy, apologized on behalf of the company. He said the company had contacted the consumer involved and was reaching out to all buyers of the affected batch, which totaled 674 orders, to offer full refunds without requiring returns.

据澎湃新闻此前报道，近日，有消费者发视频反映称，在主播顿顿直播间购买了10箱“马三三”纯牛奶，喝到只剩3箱时，发现其中一盒倒出来的竟是水，随即“吓得直抠喉咙呕吐”，担心已被孩子喝下的牛奶存在安全隐患。

据消费者发布的视频画面显示，该网友现场剪开三盒未开封牛奶，其中第一盒和第三盒倒出的是透明液体，第二盒倒出的是白色的牛奶。

The incident came to light after a consumer posted a video saying they had bought 10 boxes of Masansan pure milk and, with three boxes left, they found one carton contained water instead of milk.

In the video, the consumer opened three unopened cartons on camera. The first and third contained clear liquid, while the second contained white milk.

9月22日，涉事品牌“马三三官方旗舰店”发布《情况说明》称，公司已启动调取该批次原奶、生产、出厂全链路检验记录等相关工作。目前确认由于操作工人分拣失误，误将测试样品混入成品装箱流出。事件发生后公司第一时间复盘生产分拣流程，强化样品与成品的隔离管理。

On Tuesday, the brand's official flagship store issued a statement saying it had begun retrieving inspection records covering raw milk, production, and factory release for the batch.

It confirmed that a worker had mistakenly mixed test samples into finished products during sorting. The company said it had reviewed its sorting process and strengthened the separation of samples from finished goods.

9月23日，新疆马三三疆纯乳业有限公司工作人员向南都记者表示，“透明液体为无菌水，我们每天都会用纯净水对设备进行试验，试验合格后才会对牛奶进行灌装。这次事件为工人操作失误，将灌装过程中的测试样品当成牛奶成品发出了，目前公司正在确认处理结果，确认后将对外公布。”

A staff member at Xinjiang Masansan Jiangchun Dairy Co told media that the clear liquid was sterile water used daily to test equipment before milk filling. The incident was caused by a worker who sent a test sample out as finished milk, the staff member said.

23日晚，昌吉市市场监督管理局、新疆昌吉国家农高区市场监督管理局发布情况通报称，针对新疆马三三疆纯乳业有限公司销售的新疆马三三乳业有限公司生产的纯牛奶包装盒内倒出清水问题，昌吉市市场监督管理局已成立调查组，进驻企业开展全面调查，依法依规处置，相关调查进展将及时向社会予以公布。在此提醒持有涉事同款产品的消费者，请妥善留存相关产品及购买凭证。

On Wednesday evening, local market supervision authorities in Changji Hui autonomous prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, issued a joint notice saying an investigation team had been set up and sent to the company for a full probe. Further updates will be released to the public in a timely manner. Consumers with the affected products were urged to keep them and their purchase receipts.
