坐高铁带一次性椅套？12306回应

记者了解到，部分乘客在乘坐高铁、飞机等公共交通工具时，会自带一次性座椅套垫，并将其从头到脚罩在座椅上，以此避免因座椅未及时清洁可能导致的皮肤感染。
A debate has erupted online over whether passengers should use disposable seat covers on high-speed trains and other public transport, with some bringing their own full-body covers to avoid potential skin infections and others questioning their necessity.
但也有网友认为，没必要使用一次性套垫，非医用的一次性套垫抑菌效果有限，要求频繁清洁座椅也耗费人力，“自己的床单都做不到天天洗，却要求公共交通的座垫经常清洁，这不太现实。”
还有网友对自带套垫的行为表示理解，但希望乘客能将套垫及时带走，“坐车时好几次看到这样的座套，都放在车上没带走。”
Some travelers cover entire seats with disposable pads, while critics say non-medical covers have limited antibacterial effect and that demanding frequent seat cleaning is unrealistic. Others who understand the practice urge passengers to take their covers with them when leaving.
中青报·中青网记者查询发现，电商平台上相关商品销量居高不下。社交平台上，多篇高热度帖子向网友推荐一次性套垫。但不少帖子下方附带商品链接，有引导用户下单之嫌。
Such products sell well on e-commerce platforms, with many popular social media posts including purchase links.
据扬子晚报消息，记者致电了铁路12306，询问坐垫清洗相关问题，客服向记者表示，“正常的铁路座垫都是120天到180天会进行更换清洗，卧铺床单是一客一换，平时如果出现了脏污情况，也会进行清理，但具体是怎么清理，我们这边也查不到。”
A 12306 representative said seat cushions are normally replaced and cleaned every 120 to 180 days, sleeper bedding is changed per passenger, and dirty seats are cleaned as needed.
Dr Ma Yiming, a dermatologist at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said high-speed rail has strict hygiene management and disinfection procedures, so large-scale disease transmission risk is minimal. He noted such disposable products offer only physical isolation, not medical-grade protection, and advised frequent handwashing, masks in crowded places, and vaccination for high-risk groups.
