家中突发火灾，老两口20多万元养老钱被烧成“黑炭”，银行最终为其兑换13.12万元

原来，因家中线路老化引发火灾，老两口存放在家中的20多万元现金被大火焚烧，侥幸抢出的现金也大多被烧得焦黑炭化、粘连结块。老两口无儿无女，几十年省吃俭用才一分一角地积攒下来这笔养老钱。
两人着急得直跺脚，无计可施之下抱着最后一丝希望找到银行工作人员。
An elderly couple who lost their life savings in a house fire have recovered part of their money after bank staff spent a full day carefully salvaging charred banknotes.
According to Financial News, the couple, who lost their only child, came anxiously to the business department of Jiyang Rural Commercial Bank in Jinan, Shandong province, carrying a pile of scorched, blackened banknotes.
A fire caused by aging wiring had destroyed more than 200,000 yuan in cash the couple kept at home. The notes they managed to rescue were mostly burned black, carbonized and stuck together. The couple, who have no children, had saved the money over decades of frugal living.
济阳农商银行营业部的工作人员耐心了解老人的遭遇后，第一时间开启特殊残缺污损人民币兑换绿色通道，在保障柜面业务有序运转的前提下，急事快办、高效处置，全力“抢救”火烧币。
然而，被大火灼烧的纸币质地酥脆，一碰便碎成小片，根本无法借助智能点钞设备识别和清点，只能依靠人工。
为避免残币二次破损，大家戴上手套，放轻呼吸，俯身围在桌前，既不能撕扯也不能硬掰，耐住性子一点点小心翼翼地剥离，然后轻轻摊平，一点点拂去上面的焦灰杂质，再通风阴干。
After hearing their story, staff opened a special green channel for exchanging damaged renminbi. The burned notes were too fragile for counting machines, so staff worked by hand, carefully separating, flattening and drying each note.
由于受损严重，营业部几乎全员上阵。大家把一张张炭化残币摆放整齐，仔细逐张辨识票面图案、核验防伪特征，精准测算有效剩余面积，每一张都要经过多人反复交叉复核，以确保一分一厘不出差错。
Nearly the whole department joined in, checking each bill's design, security features and remaining valid area, with multiple cross-checks to avoid errors.
经过整整一天的细致分拣鉴别与精准核验，工作人员最终为老人成功兑换13.12万元。
“这是俺们一辈子攒下的养老钱，寻思得让大火全烧了，没想到能换回这么多，真是太感谢你们了！”看着兑换出来的崭新现金，老两口红了眼眶，向工作人员道谢。
After a full day's work, staff successfully exchanged 131,200 yuan for the couple. "This was our life savings. We thought the fire had burned it all. We never expected to get so much back. Thank you so much!" The couple said, their eyes red, as they thanked the staff.
