男子凌晨偷走理发店4把剪刀被刑拘，价值约7000元，问及盗窃原因称：自己在家剪头方便

接警后，民警杨晨、肖焜元迅速赶到现场开展勘查，并调取店内公共视频。
监控显示，当日4时34分，一名男子潜入理发店，先在收银台翻找财物，随后来到理发区，将工作台上的剪刀一把把抽出握在手中。
The theft was reported at 3 pm on Sept 6. Local police officers arrived to inspect the scene and review surveillance footage. The footage showed a man entering the shop at 4:34 am, rummaging around the cash register before moving to the styling area, where he took the scissors from the workbench one by one and held them in his hand.
作案过程中，男子始终佩戴帽子、口罩。派出所联合刑警等多部门同步开展侦查，办案民警循线追踪，很快确定了嫌疑男子的身份。
9月9日17时许，民警在辖区内将犯罪嫌疑人付某某抓获，并当场查获被盗的4把剪刀。
面对民警询问，付某某称，盗窃剪刀是为了“自己在家剪头方便”。
目前，付某某对其实施盗窃的犯罪事实供认不讳，因涉嫌盗窃罪，已被公安机关依法刑事拘留。

曾在国际理容大师赛中获奖的理发师桐哥（艺名）表示，理发剪刀属于手工制品，其价格并无明确上限，千元剪刀的价格是完全合理且正常的。剪刀的钢材种类不同，价格也会有较大差异，一些国外品牌的高端剪刀价格甚至可达上万元。 Tong, a hairstylist who has won awards at international barbering competitions, said professional hairdressing scissors are often handmade and there is no fixed upper limit on their price. Scissors priced at 1,000 yuan are not unusual, he said, adding that prices vary widely depending on the type of steel used. High-end scissors from foreign brands can cost more than 10,000 yuan, he said.
