During the traffic jam, a traveler passing through a mountainous tunnel area lost cell signal. The traveler then noticed a sticker on the spare tire of the car ahead reading "Connect to my car WiFi." After connecting, messages could be sent, online payments went through, and mobile games became playable again.
交谈中，悬挂免费WiFi的车主也表示：车辆有比较强的网络性能，在堵车或停靠的时候经常有人“蹭网”。
The car owner offering the free WiFi said his vehicle has strong network performance, and people often "piggyback" on his connection when traffic is jammed or cars are parked.
