缅北电诈园区“处决”底层人员！纪录片披露缅北电诈真实案例

央视披露，卧虎山庄是缅北“四大家族”之一的明家最具标志性的电诈园区。这里隐藏着一个没有阳光、只有血腥的地方——地下靶场，有底层电诈人员就是在这里接受园区的“处决”。
A three-part documentary on the collapse of telecom fraud operations in northern Myanmar will air on CCTV from Oct 5 to 7, offering a detailed account of the Ming family crime syndicate, one of the region's "four major families".
Crouching Tiger Villa was the syndicate's most notorious scam compound. It contained a windowless underground shooting range where lower-level fraud operators were executed.
浙江省温州市公安局刑侦支队大队长张昌慧透露，把人活活打死，目的其实很明确，就是要立威。“在众目睽睽之下，你只有好好听话干活，才有活下来的可能。”他们还会杀人灭口，用机枪扫射，甚至拉一批人进行补枪。“这真是已经超出了我们人类的底线。”
报道称，迫于中国警方的强大压力，果敢对电诈园区是否有人员被羁押或限制人身自由的情况开展检查。得知消息的明家，假称要送想回家的涉诈人员回国，实则将卧虎山庄园区内的人员转移，暂避风声。
2023年10月20日凌晨，在明家控制的两个园区，民兵队武装镇压逃亡人员。明家犯罪集团首要分子明珍珍在临刑前接受采访时说，要尽可能把事情压下来，既然人已经死了，就安排人把他们埋掉了。
In the early hours of Oct 20, 2023, militia forces at two compounds controlled by the Ming family opened fire on people attempting to flee. In an interview before her execution, Ming Zhenzhen, a key figure in the syndicate, said they sought to conceal the incident as much as possible. "Since the people were already dead, we arranged for them to be buried," she said.
据悉，明家犯罪集团当天制造了中国籍涉诈人员4死4伤的“10·20”惨案，震惊中外。
That day, the syndicate killed four Chinese nationals involved in telecom fraud and injured four others in what became known as the deadly Oct 20 incident, shocking China and the international community.
最高人民法院经复核确认，2015年以来，以明国平、明珍珍等家族核心成员为首要分子的明家犯罪集团涉诈、涉赌资金100余亿元。明家犯罪集团还伙同巫鸿明等人的电诈犯罪集团，故意杀害、故意伤害、非法拘禁涉诈人员，造成中国公民14人死亡、多人受伤。
2026年1月29日，经最高人民法院核准，浙江省温州市中级人民法院依法对明国平、明珍珍、周卫昌、巫鸿明、吴森龙、傅雨彬等11名罪犯宣判并执行死刑。
Following approval from China's Supreme People's Court, the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court in Zhejiang province executed 11 convicts on Jan 29, 2026, including Ming Guoping, Ming Zhenzhen, Zhou Weichang, Wu Hongming, Wu Senlong and Fu Yubin.
