重庆出手整治“摩托落地签”！

南岸区针对“摩托落地签”问题，已明确固定停靠区域、经营时段、经营行为规范，并对经营团队进行了约谈。同时，每日夜间重点时段开展专项管控，清理占道、违规停放、道具堆放等问题。
两江新区针对江滩公园周边商拍出现的问题，立即联动开展劝导，规范商拍行为，强化风险提示。同时，积极吸纳游客建议，开展分区管理，让游客舒心游玩、安全赏景。
Nan'an district has set fixed parking areas, operating hours, and conduct rules for motorcycle photo shoots, summoned operators for talks, and has stepped up nighttime inspections. Liangjiang New Area has moved to regulate commercial photography around Jiangtan Park, issuing risk warnings and introducing zone-specific management based on visitor suggestions.
摩托车商拍“落地签”：
脱把、占道、炸街隐患重重
国庆假期期间，记者来到重庆市一处摩托车商拍集中路段——南滨路慈云寺至长江之眼区段，看到现场聚集了大量商拍摩托车。拍摄过程中，后座乘客双手脱离车把、身体向后仰靠；骑手单手操控车辆，回身与乘客互动。一旁的跟拍摩托车上，拍摄人员同样单手握把，腾出另一只手进行录制。
记者发现，部分车手会将摩托车停放在机动车道内，用于拍摄前的动作排练。开始拍摄后，为追求炫酷的画面效果，车手和跟拍人员的两辆摩托车会在直行车道上蛇形穿行、反复摆动车身。
The viral motorcycle shoots often involve passengers leaning back with both hands off the vehicle while riders steer one-handed and turn to interact. Some riders rehearse in traffic lanes, and during shoots, motorcycles weave across driving lanes for dramatic effect.
同时，这条摩托车商拍集中的路段紧邻居民小区，附近居民表示，商拍也给他们的生活带来诸多困扰。
记者查询到，商拍所属路段每晚十点至次日六点限行两轮摩托车。但商拍销售人员表示，限行时段仍可骑摩托车拍摄。随后，记者致电多部门反映情况。
Residents nearby have complained about the disruption. Although the section restricts two-wheeled motorcycles from 10 pm to 6 am, sales staff said shoots could still be arranged during those hours.
记者将调查到的情况反映给当地公安交管部门，交管部门表示已关注到该路段摩托车商拍存在的安全隐患，将加大巡逻执法力度，对摩托车手脱把行驶、占用多条车道等违法行为依法查处。
After reporters contacted traffic police, authorities said they would increase patrols and crack down on unlawful and reckless acts such as riding without hands on the handlebars and occupying multiple lanes.
