双胞胎哥哥车祸离世，19年后却在广东被警方抓获！前女友揭开离奇真相......

一个在户籍上已“死亡”19年的逃犯，不久前在广东珠海落网。

6月4日，浙江玉环警方抓获嫌疑人陈二（化名），其曾在2002年的一起绑架抢劫案件中逃脱追捕。一个“死人”，怎么会在人间安家度日？如果陈二没死，那场车祸里死的又是谁？ 

Chen Er (pseudonym), a fugitive who had been listed as dead for 19 years, was arrested on Jun 4 in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, after police said he faked his own death in a 2007 car crash by swapping identities with his dead twin brother.

时间回到2002年9月，玉环发生一起恶性绑架抢劫案件。7名犯罪嫌疑人结伙劫持被害人，并劫走被害人银行卡内现金及家电等财物。

案发后，玉环警方迅速启动侦办抓捕。短时间内，6名涉案人员相继到案、依法获刑，唯独嫌疑人陈二畏罪潜逃，踪迹全无。

Chen Er was wanted in connection with a kidnapping and robbery in Yuhuan, Zhejiang province, in September 2002. According to police, seven suspects abducted a victim in the case, stealing cash from the victim's bank card as well as home appliances and other property. Six were soon arrested and sentenced. Chen Er fled and disappeared.

当年，办案民警循着陈二的社会关系逐一排查，却始终没摸到他的行踪。日子一久，这桩案子成了刑侦大队柜底的陈年积案。厚厚的卷宗里，只剩陈二的黑白证件照和几条中断的线索。

五年后的2007年，一份来自安徽的户籍注销信息传到玉环：陈二因交通事故死亡，户口已按规定注销。人已亡故，追逃无从谈起，这桩悬案似乎就此盖棺定论。

For years, Yuhuan police traced his social connections but found no sign of him. In 2007, police received a notice from Anhui province saying that Chen Er had died in a traffic accident and that his household registration had been cancelled. With the suspect officially dead, the manhunt appeared to be over.

一条异常线索，牵出“死亡”逃犯

今年4月，玉环警方在常态化线索梳理核查中，注意到了一条碎片化异常信息：安徽有一名男子，长期冒用已故双胞胎兄长的身份生活。

刑侦民警龙玉文心头一紧，立刻翻出库底的2002年绑架案卷宗，逐项比对身份、籍贯、亲属关系——这名可疑人员的特征，与在逃人员陈二高度契合。

The break came in April, when Yuhuan police, reviewing routine intelligence leads, noticed an anomaly. A man in Anhui province had long been using the identity of his deceased twin brother. 

Detective Long Yuwen retrieved the old 2002 case file and cross-checked the man's identity, place of origin, and family relationships against Chen Er's. The man's profile closely matched Chen Er's.

警方当即上报研判，迅速成立专项专案组，全面重启这起尘封19年的积案。第一站便是远赴安徽实地核查。

当地户籍登记信息清晰记录着陈二的死亡信息，村里村民也都佐证“当年车祸走的是陈家老二”。可蹊跷的是，专案组辗转当地交警、法医、殡仪馆等多个单位，翻遍了历年存档，始终没能调取到那起交通事故的原始档案。

A task force reopened the case and traveled to Anhui province. Local records showed Chen Er's death, and villagers said the man who died in the crash had been the second son of the Chen family. But police could not find the original accident file in local traffic police, forensic or funeral records.

一张旧照片，撕开双胞胎替身骗局

面对僵局，专案组果断打破固有认知，将全部案件卷宗、户籍资料全部调出，逐页复盘、逐一比对。

突破口，藏在跨越多年的存档照片里。陈氏兄弟是双胞胎，容貌高度相似，但2007年之前的证件照，仍能分辨出细微差别。

民警反复比对后锁定了一处关键破绽：在陈二被登记死亡仅9天后，其兄长陈大（化名）就申请办理姓名变更手续，而变更登记留存的照片，五官神态、细节特征与此前存档的陈大照片有较大差异。

Police then turned to archived photographs. The twins looked very much alike, but pre-2007 ID photos showed subtle differences. Just nine days after Chen Er was registered dead, his older brother, Chen Da (pseudonym), applied to change his name. The photo filed with that application looked different from earlier photos of Chen Da.

锁定重大疑点后，专案组随即找陈二的母亲、姐姐核实情况。面对民警问询，两人言辞闪烁、避重就轻，一问到车祸细节就含糊其辞，刻意回避核心问题。

专案组随即调整思路，通过暗访摸排、轨迹溯源，一条关键人情线索浮出水面：车祸发生前，陈大与女友邓某已谈婚论嫁、婚事敲定，可车祸突发后，两人骤然分手，再无往来。

为深挖真相，专案组赶赴安徽合肥找到邓某。在民警耐心细致的政策宣讲与沟通疏导下，邓某终于说出了藏在心里19年的实情：当年遭遇车祸身亡的，是她的男友陈大。

Chen Er's mother and sister were evasive when questioned, especially about the crash, police said. A former girlfriend provided the next clue. Before the accident, Chen Da had been preparing to marry a woman surnamed Deng. After the crash, the couple suddenly broke up and lost contact. 

Police found Deng in Hefei, Anhui province. After officers explained the case and persuaded her to speak, Deng said the man killed in the crash was her boyfriend, the real Chen Da.

至此，这场持续19年的身份骗局彻底败露。

一场千里抓捕，终结多年潜逃

原来，2007年兄长陈大意外车祸离世后，身负绑架抢劫重罪、长期潜逃的陈二，利用双胞胎容貌高度相似的便利，在办理死亡登记时刻意提交本人驾驶证，蓄意将死者身份谎报为自己。

借着这场意外事故，陈二成功在户籍系统中“合法死亡”，彻底抹去自身逃犯身份，从此冒用兄长陈大的身份隐姓埋名，延续长达19年的潜逃生活。

According to police, Chen Er used the twins' resemblance to stage the deception. When handling the death registration, he deliberately submitted his own driver's license and falsely reported the dead man as himself. 

He was thus registered as dead, erasing his fugitive identity on paper. He then assumed his brother's identity and lived under a new name.

通过精准研判嫌疑人藏匿落脚点，专案组千里奔赴广东珠海开展抓捕行动。6月4日，潜逃多年、早已改名换姓、安家度日的陈二被成功抓获。

到案后，民警第一时间采集其生物检材进行比对，结果与2002年案件原始留存样本完全匹配，铁证如山、无可辩驳。

The task force tracked Chen Er to Zhuhai, Guangdong province, and arrested him on Jun 4. 

After his arrest, biological samples collected from him matched samples preserved from the 2002 case, providing what police described as conclusive evidence.

目前，该案已依法移送检察机关审查起诉。
