近日，针对媒体报道“女子高铁上和男友开免提打1小时电话”事件，我段组织开展了调查核实，具体情况为：

2026年10月12日13时许，由我段值乘、北京南开往上海虹桥站的G735次列车从济南西站发车后，列车工作人员例行巡视时，发现10号车厢的两名女性旅客发生争吵，了解原因后进行了处置调解，平息了争吵；经提醒劝阻，开手机免提打电话的女性旅客挂掉了电话，后续未再发生类似情况。

The incident occurred on Monday aboard train G735, which runs from Beijing South Railway Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. After the train departed Jinan West Station, staff found two women arguing in carriage 10 and stepped in to mediate. The caller hung up after being asked to do so, and no similar incidents occurred afterward, railway authorities said.

海报新闻消息，近日，有网友在社交平台发视频称，高铁上一名女子和男朋友开免提打了一个多小时电话，前排女乘客忍无可忍，起来出声制止，引发关注。

A video posted on social media showed the woman making the call before a passenger seated in front of her stood up to challenge her, drawing widespread attention.

记者致电铁路12306客服得到回复：“遇到此类情况，旅客可以联系列车工作人员，工作人员会进行劝阻让声音小一点，或是劝导乘客到车厢连接处通话。”

Railway authorities reminded passengers to avoid disturbing others when using electronic devices in public areas. Those affected by loud phone calls can contact train staff, who may ask the caller to lower their voice or move to the area between carriages.
