男生高考522分，被调剂到马术专业学钉蹄：全年级仅他一人，“月薪保底5位数”

在不少人的固有印象里，马术专业等同于做马工、清理马房。付华东入校后才发现课程体系的综合性很强。专业分流时，他选择了冷门的钉蹄方向，他表示钉蹄操作精度要求很高，正是因为门槛高，掌握这项技术的人才不多。
Fu Huadong scored 522 in China's national college entrance examination, or gaokao, and initially applied to study sports rehabilitation. After being reassigned to an equestrian-related major, he discovered that the curriculum was far more comprehensive than he had expected. When students chose their specializations, he opted for farriery, drawn by its precision requirements and high technical threshold.

在师傅手把手指导下，付华东扎根钉蹄实训近两年，今年6月成功考取全国钉蹄师证书。付华东称，自己是国内持证钉蹄师里最年轻的，“月薪保底5位数”。学校教学偏向实战训练，会将名贵马匹提供给他实操练习。
With hands-on guidance from an experienced farrier, Fu spent nearly two years training before obtaining a national farrier certificate in June. The university emphasizes practical training and provides horses for students to work with.
今年6月，付华东获得中国马业协会钉蹄师证。
在付华东看来，钉蹄更像是为马匹做“精细化美甲与护足”，既是力气活，也是技术活。
钉蹄时，要用双腿夹住马腿，把马蹄翻过来，“大部分时间要弯腰操作，一般人可能受不了。”他说。
从零基础入门到持证上岗，付华东成长的背后是极致的坚持与深耕。大二时，他在课堂上初识钉蹄技术，心生热爱，随后在专业教师覃勇的引荐下，拜黎继新为师深耕实操。
为打磨手腕力度与操作手感，他从零起步，连续半个月反复练习削木板，模拟修蹄动作，夯实基础功底；为精进技艺，他连续两个寒暑假留校驻守马房，放弃休息时间钻研实操，熟练应对各类蹄型、各类马匹的钉蹄需求。
Fu first encountered farriery in his sophomore year and quickly developed a passion for it. To build wrist strength and develop a feel for the work, he spent half a month repeatedly shaping wooden boards to simulate hoof trimming. He also devoted his winter and summer breaks to training at the university stables, learning to handle different hoof shapes and horses.

付华东为马钉蹄。
实训中，他曾在师傅指导下，成功修复纯血马“孙行者”的疑难病蹄，针对马匹遗传性蹄质脆弱、蹄部空洞等问题，精细清理、消毒、填补、精准适配，让病蹄恢复健康。
据付华东介绍，钉蹄师不仅要技术过硬，更要懂马，提前与马匹建立信任、温和互动，才能避免作业中出现意外，保障操作安全。

付华东也坦言，薪资水平和个人资质挂钩，部分从业多年的初级钉蹄师收入可观，自己年纪轻，仍需要积累经验。对于未来，他目标清晰，将持续实操，冲刺高级钉蹄师资质。
Fu acknowledged that earnings depend on qualifications and experience. While some experienced farriers earn well, he said he still has much to learn. His goal is to keep honing his skills and work toward an advanced farrier qualification.
