“我儿子把存有20万元的银行卡藏鞋里寄走了！” 八旬老父亲步行近10公里报案

近日，家住湖北宜昌五峰土家族自治县渔洋关镇的王爹爹，步行近10公里到派出所报案。
经了解，10月9日，王爹爹的儿子王某接到一通陌生电话，对方自称“公检法人员”，声称王某名下一张银行卡涉嫌一起特大刑事案件，要求添加其微信，将银行卡寄往“办案地点”配合调查。对方反复强调此事“高度涉密”，绝对不能告知任何人。
On Oct 9, the man, surnamed Wang, received a call from someone claiming to be an official from the public security, procuratorate or court authorities. The caller alleged that one of Wang's bank cards was linked to a major criminal case and instructed him to add the caller on WeChat and mail the card to a designated location for an investigation. The caller repeatedly warned Wang to keep the matter "highly confidential" and not tell anyone.
在骗子层层铺垫的话术威慑下，王某六神无主。第二天，王某按照对方指令，将存有20万元的银行卡藏进一只鞋子里，通过快递寄了出去。
Intimidated by the elaborate scam, Wang followed the instructions the next day, hiding the bank card, linked to an account containing 200,000 yuan, inside a shoe before sending it by courier.
民警联系诈骗分子
就在包裹发出后不久，王爹爹得知儿子贸然向陌生人寄送银行卡，判断儿子可能遭遇了诈骗。于是再三劝说儿子前往派出所核实情况、报警求助。此时，已被深度误导的王某以“案件涉密、不能外传”为由一口回绝，执意要“配合办案”。
眼见儿子执迷不悟，王爹爹心急如焚，当即决定亲自去派出所报警。老人从家中出发，步行近10公里，来到渔洋关派出所向民警求助。民警立刻意识到事态紧急，立即上门展开调查。
Concerned that his son remained convinced by the scam, Wang's elderly father walked nearly 10 kilometers from home to Yuyangguan police station to seek help. Officers immediately recognized the urgency and launched an investigation.
随后，民警找到王某时，他已被深度洗脑，坚称自己是在配合司法机关办案，拒不承认遭遇诈骗。民警当场拨通骗子的微信视频电话，亮明身份。做贼心虚的骗子立即仓皇挂断了视频电话。
银行卡被塞进鞋里
看着眼前的一幕，王某这才如梦初醒，意识到自己落入了诈骗陷阱。“公安机关绝不会通过微信、电话等线上方式办案！”民警一边向其拆解冒充公检法诈骗的惯用套路，一边带着王某火速前往银行挂失银行卡。同时，民警联系快递公司，查询包裹单号、物流轨迹。
万幸的是，包裹还在运送途中。在警方紧急沟通下，包裹被成功截停并原路返回。事后，王某握着民警的手连连道谢，庆幸父亲与警方及时出手，避免了自己半生积蓄付诸东流。
Fortunately, the parcel was still in transit. After urgently coordinating with the courier company, police intercepted it and arranged for it to be returned to the sender. Wang later thanked the officers, relieved that his father's intervention and the police response had prevented him from losing his savings.
