有记者问，据了解，近期大陆艺人张凌赫申请赴台举办观众见面会等交流活动，民进党当局拒绝其申请。请问对此有何评论？
The Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council on Wednesday criticized Taiwan authorities for rejecting mainland actor Zhang Linghe's application to hold a fan meeting and other exchange activities on the island.
发言人张晗答问表示，大陆演艺人员赴台开展文化交流，是两岸民众乐见并期盼的民间往来，有利于增进两岸同胞相互了解。 民进党当局出于政治目的，罔顾岛内民众特别是台湾青年的愿望，拒不同意有关大陆演艺人员赴台交流 。这有损两岸文化交流，也与广大台湾同胞的意愿背道而驰。我们敦促民进党当局顺应两岸同胞加强交流往来的共同愿望，摒弃政治操弄，取消不合理限制，为两岸文化交流提供便利。
At a regular press conference, Zhang Han, the spokeswoman, said exchanges involving mainland performing artists are welcomed and anticipated by people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and could help deepen mutual understanding.
The spokeswoman said that the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authorities had rejected applications by mainland performing artists to visit Taiwan for exchanges for political purposes, disregarding the wishes of local residents, particularly young people.
Such restrictions undermine cross-Strait cultural exchanges and run counter to the wishes of Taiwan residents, the spokeswoman said, urging the DPP authorities to abandon political manipulation, remove unreasonable restrictions and facilitate cultural exchanges.
据此前报道，国民党主席郑丽文受访称，随团访问大陆的台湾年轻人向她表示，“为什么把两岸关系搞得这么复杂，只要叫大陆艺人张凌赫来台湾就好了”，引发热议。在4月22日的国台办例行发布会上，曾有记者就此提问张凌赫是否有机会赴台交流。 （ 此前报道 ）
