“人怎么能聪明到这种程度！”男子捡到一个包，内有38000元现金及身份证，于是写了份“防伪”失物招领

10月21日，话题“男子捡到38000元留了道题给失主”冲上热搜第一。

10月19日，湖北襄阳一男子在楼下捡到一个包，里面装有身份证、银行卡、车钥匙，还有3.8万元现金。
于是，男子写了一份失物招领贴在楼栋电梯里， 巧妙地将自己手机号码的后4位屏蔽，改为用失主身份证号码中的4个特定数字进行提示 。

A man in Xiangyang, Hubei province, found a bag downstairs in his apartment building on Monday containing an identity card, bank cards, car keys, and 38,000 yuan in cash.
He posted a notice in the elevator of his building, but instead of giving out his full mobile number, he masked its last four digits and replaced them with a riddle based on four selected digits from the owner's identity card.

如此一来，能成功打通电话寻找失物的，大概率就是真正的失主。

The idea was that only someone holding the right document could work out the full number and call.

网友对这种做法纷纷点赞， 称“人怎么能聪明到这种程度！”不光防伪，还能保护自身不被骚扰。

然而，在称赞当事人机智与善良的同时，也有网友提出了不同的看法， 认为 面对大额遗失物品，按照规范流程直接交给警方登记核验，能规避更多潜在风险。

Many social media users praised the approach as both clever and considerate, saying it could help block false claims and unwanted calls. Others, however, argued that large amounts of lost cash should be handed to police for registration and verification, a process they said could reduce potential risks.

比如，《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百一十六条规定：“拾得人在遗失物送交有关部门前，有关部门在遗失物被领取前，应当妥善保管遗失物。因故意或者重大过失致使遗失物毁损、灭失的，应当承担民事责任。 ”

Article 316 of China's Civil Code provides: "Lost property shall be properly kept by the finder before it is handed over to the relevant department and by the relevant department before it is taken back. Whoever causes any damage to or loss of the lost property intentionally or for gross negligence shall assume the civil liability."

因此，这波操作虽然“智商拉满”，但下次遇到这种“天降巨款”， 更稳妥的办法是直接交给民警，由官方来核实身份。
