10月19日18时40分，一名女性旅客赶到来宾北站检票口欲乘坐G2895次列车。 由于该列车已停止检票，为确保旅客乘降安全与列车运行秩序，车站工作人员按规定未予放行 。该旅客情绪激动，车站工作人员对其进行了解释安抚，并引导其改乘后续车次前往目的地。
According to a statement issued by the Nanning Railway Depot on Wednesday, the incident occurred at 6:40 pm on Monday at Laibin North Station. The woman sought to board train G2895 after ticket checks had closed. Staff refused to let her through in accordance with safety and operational rules, explained the situation and tried to calm her down before directing her to take a later train.

The railway operator reminded passengers to plan their journeys carefully and arrive at stations well in advance to avoid missing their trains.
