小学生捐10元“巨款”给三峡工程，35年后因一张泛黄收款单再度引发关注，本人回应

如果时光倒流回1991年，10块钱能买到什么？对12岁的王雨来说，那时的他，每天零花钱是1元，10块钱可谓“巨款”。

今年10月20日，面对记者的镜头，王雨笑着摆摆手： “哎呀，这点小事，我连我13岁的儿子都没好意思说，结果网友都知道了。”
A yellowed donation receipt discovered at the Three Gorges Project Museum in Chongqing and shared online in October 2026 has led netizens to track down the donor. Wang Yu, a man from Zigui county, Hubei province, donated 10 yuan of his pocket money to the Three Gorges Dam project as a schoolboy in 1991. His story has since touched many people online.

一天一块钱过早钱 他捐了10块“巨款”
1991年11月的秭归，三峡大坝还没开建，老县城在归州镇。那一年，王雨12岁，在归州镇实验小学读五年级。 在那个物价朴素的年代，父母的月工资也不过近百元 。
“ 我一天的零花钱1元钱，刚好够过早（吃早餐），那时候包子2毛钱一个 。” 王雨回忆道，语气里带着点忍俊不禁，“有一天我正搁那儿写作业呢，就听见我爸跟他几个朋友聊天，说三峡大坝要修了，在号召捐款。我就琢磨自己也捐点。”
恰好，在外地定居的二爷爷回秭归时，给了王雨20块钱，嘱咐他买些好吃的好玩的。

“我这人心不大，留10块自己花，捐10块。” 他拿着这笔巨款，郑重其事地跑到了归州镇邮局，将钱汇给了三峡工程总公司。
In 1991, Wang was 12 and in fifth grade when he overheard his father discussing fundraising for the planned dam and decided to contribute. Around that time, his great uncle gave him 20 yuan. Wang kept half for himself and took the other 10 yuan to a local post office, sending it to the Three Gorges Project Corporation.
几天后，《宜昌日报》的角落里刊登了一则“豆腐块”新闻——《小王雨捐款建大坝》。报纸上白纸黑字写着： 12岁的小王雨，听说三峡大坝即将上马，决定拿出自己节省的10元零花钱，用于三峡大坝建设。
Days later, a short story in the Yichang Daily reported the donation under the headline Little Wang Yu Donates to Build the Dam . The paper noted that the 12-year-old had heard the project was about to begin and decided to give his saved pocket money to support it.
他把旧报纸递给记者看，笑称当时哪懂什么“千秋伟业”，脑子里只有一个最朴素的念头： “ 三峡大坝修好了，就能发电了，起码可以结束偶尔停电、晚上点蜡烛做作业的历史吧 ！” 至于那张收款单，早忘到九霄云外了。
从“点蜡烛的娃”到“电力人”
这10块钱的涟漪，远比王雨想象的要大。1992年1月13日，《宜昌日报》在头版重磅刊发了“宜昌地区1991年10位新闻人物”评选结果。在那个没有网络投票、全靠报纸读者和专家评审的年代，这份榜单含金量十足。

当报纸送到王家时，一家人全愣住了—— 那个因为怕点蜡烛写作业、偷偷捐了10块钱的12岁小毛孩， 竟然和各行各业的劳模、英雄们一起，赫然登上了“新闻人物”的榜单 。
时光荏苒，那个捐钱的小男孩长大了。1998年，秭归老县城搬迁，王雨一家成了移民。他回忆起来倒是很坦然： “ 虽然舍不得，但搬走是为国家做贡献 。”
In 1998, when Zigui's old county seat was relocated, Wang's family was among those resettled. He recalled the move without bitterness, saying, "It was hard to leave, but moving was a contribution to the country."
有意思的是，当年那个为了不点蜡烛而捐款的小男孩，兜兜转转，自己成了那个“保电”的人。
长大后，他考入国家电网湖北省电力有限公司秭归县供电公司。
2007年，有记者找上门来，写了一篇《王雨：我和大坝一起长大》。在报道里，他对记者感慨：“当大坝的电力输送到大江南北的时候，自己将在电站的控制台前，为百姓供电。”这话听着挺宏大，但王雨自己后来看那篇报道时，也觉得挺热血沸腾。正如他所说， 三峡工程确实实实在在地改变了他的人生轨迹，也改变了家乡的面貌 。
2018年4月20日，他将收款单捐给了三峡工程博物馆。 “我是三峡的孩子，三峡的孩子爱三峡。今天，我亲手将26年前为三峡工程捐款的相关资料交给博物馆，也让这些资料有了一个永久、安全的归宿。我的追求不再是捐献10元钱，而是要为实现强电梦、强国梦作出自己应有的贡献！”王雨说。
On April 20, 2018, Wang donated the receipt to the Three Gorges Project Museum. "I am a child of the Three Gorges, and children of the Three Gorges love the Three Gorges," he said. He wanted the historical materials to have a permanent and secure home.

他告诉记者 后来又补捐了10块钱
时间快进到2026年10月。当记者在三峡工程博物馆里发现那张泛黄的收款单，并拍下视频发到网上时，王雨正过着“两点一线”的平淡日子。

他在评论区里悄悄留了句言，本想点赞一下自己的青春，结果网友们热情太高，硬是把他给“揪”了出来。面对记者的采访，王雨有点哭笑不得：“我真没想到会这么火，我都没好意思跟别人说这事。我跟我13岁的儿子说‘那个捐款的是你爸’，他都不信，估计觉得他爸在吹牛。”
A reporter found the receipt at the museum this October, filmed it and posted the video online. Wang, who had settled into a quiet daily routine, left a comment, simply wanting to give his younger self a thumbs-up. But netizens' enthusiastic response soon brought him into the spotlight.
如今的王雨，在公司踏踏实实地上着班，闲暇时刷刷手机，看看新闻。他坦言，自己真没觉得当年捐10块钱是多大的事儿。他甚至还在电话里跟记者“揭秘”了个小插曲： “ 其实后来我还补捐了10块钱呢，那时候觉得三峡工程实在太大了，10块钱好像有点少 。” 说完他自己也笑了。
Wang now works for a company and lives in Zigui's new county seat. He said he had never considered his 10-yuan donation to be a big deal. In fact, he later donated another 10 yuan because the project seemed so vast that his initial contribution felt too small, he recalled with a laugh.
当采访临近尾声， 记者问他现在住在哪里，他操着浓重的秭归口音回答：“就在秭归新县城。”
