女子打顺风车，司机半路说困了，竟让乘客开车，司机一觉睡到目的地，车费还全额收；平台致歉：车主违规
双语君约 3 分钟A woman in Hangzhou has complained to the media after a hitchhike back from a Shanghai concert took an unusual turn: the driver said he was sleepy, asked her aunt to take the wheel, and slept most of the way while the passenger still paid the full fare.
小郑称，10月17日晚10点，她和姑姑在上海看完林忆莲演唱会后，通过平台叫顺风车回杭州，预付160多元车费。司机接到她们不到5分钟，就说车没电要充电，一直充到11点多才出发。
小郑说，当时时间太晚，她们没有计较。结果行程开始没多久，司机又说自己困了，问她们有没有驾照，让她们来开。小郑表示，当时在高速上没法理论，“姑姑虽一直开油车，但刚做完肠胃镜手术没几天，出于无奈只能接手。”司机原本承诺到服务区换人，结果一睡一个多小时，下高速后又由小郑姑姑开到临平家中。两个多小时路程，小郑的姑姑开了约三分之二，车费仍由小郑全程支付。
The woman, surnamed Zheng, said she and her aunt booked the ride through a platform after a Sandy Lam concert on the night of Oct 17, prepaying over 160 yuan. The driver spent nearly an hour charging the car before setting off, then soon said he was tired and asked whether either of them could drive.
On the highway and with no way to argue, her aunt, who drives a gasoline car and had recently undergone a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, took over. The driver promised to swap back at a service area but slept for more than an hour, and her aunt ended up driving roughly two-thirds of the trip to Linping.
Zheng still paid the full fare. At the highway exit, the driver asked them to cover a 68-yuan toll, but paid it himself after her aunt pushed back.
After complaining to the platform, Zheng was initially offered only a 20-yuan voucher. A customer service representative said the driver's conduct violated platform rules, that he would be penalized once confirmed, and that a senior specialist would follow up within 24 hours. Platform rules require extra fees such as tolls to be agreed before booking, making a mid-trip request a violation. The platform has since fully refunded the fare.
