男子痛哭报警称被人盗走6.5万元，5小时后被警方行政处罚

近日，成都市公安局高新区分局新益州派出所接到男子余某报警，称其在环球中心办事时，随身背着的黑色单肩包被人划开了一道口子，包内的65000元人民币现金不翼而飞。
The case began when Yu called the Xinyizhou police station in tears, claiming that his black shoulder bag had been slashed while he was running errands at New Century Global Center and that 65,000 yuan in cash had gone missing.

接警后，新益州派出所民警刘翼迅速到达现场，余某面对民辅警，掩面失声痛哭：“65000元丢了，我老婆今早取给我的，我怎么给家里交代啊！”余某反复哭诉钱财被盗。
Officer Liu Yi arrived at the scene and tried to calm him down. Yu repeatedly broke into tears, saying his wife had withdrawn the money that morning and he did not know how to explain its disappearance to his family.
刘翼耐心安抚余某后，将他带回派出所，准备开展立案工作并核查钱款去向。在派出所综合指挥室内，民警乔宇、辅警彭杰经过5个小时的细致核查研判，发现余某抵达环球中心后，并未接触任何可疑人员。
同时，警方在核查中还发现，余某被划破的单肩包破损朝向与其陈述情况不符。民警据此推断，声称现金被盗的余某，存在谎报警情的嫌疑……
After reviewing surveillance footage and other evidence for five hours, investigators found no sign that Yu had encountered anyone suspicious after arriving at New Century Global Center. They also noticed that the damage to his bag did not match his account.
将余某带至询问区后，民警李其泽、乔鹏对其开展讯问。在证据攻势下，余某心理防线瓦解，如实道出真相：警情是他编造的，65000元现金其实被他藏在家中。
原来，余某在外欠有朋友的债务，想用妻子给他用于做生意的这笔钱还债，又担心妻子知情后引发家庭矛盾，便生出歪念：谎称钱被偷走，妻子就不会和他争吵。
Under questioning, Yu admitted that he had fabricated the theft and hidden the cash at home. He owed money to a friend and had wanted to use funds his wife had given him for business to repay the debt, but feared she would start a family dispute if she found out.
余某先在家里藏好现金，到环球中心后自行划破黑色单肩包，伪造被人割包扒窃的假象，随即拨打110报警，还在民警面前“影帝”附体，声泪俱下，上演闹剧。
这场现金被盗警情，实则是余某自编自导的骗局。目前，余某对谎报警情的违法事实供认不讳，已被依法予以行政处罚。
Yu was subsequently given an administrative penalty for making a false report to police.
警方提醒
110是应急救援、处置危难的生命通道，受法律保护。谎报警情、虚构案件、恶意拨打110，会挤占警务资源，影响紧急警情处置，扰乱公安机关正常工作秩序，属于违法行为。
依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十五条，谎报险情、警情扰乱公共秩序的，可处拘留并处罚款；情节严重构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
