最近，河南万岁山景区，最忙碌的已经不是武侠NPC，而是一个银灰脸、披着灰袍的真人雕塑，大家亲切地称其为“但丁爷爷”。

An Italian street artist who has spent 26 years impersonating a medieval poet outside Florence's Uffizi Gallery has become a viral attraction in China.

一位河南大姨发现“雕塑”竟然是真人后大吃一惊：“刚开始我觉得是假的……谁知道是真的！”

面具之下，但丁爷爷是谁？

这位雕塑的扮演者本名Marco，是意大利的一名街头行为艺术家。在过去的26年里，他常在意大利佛罗伦萨乌菲兹美术馆前扮演诗人但丁。

但丁爷爷Marco：“每天早晨，我让Marco从这世上隐去，好让但丁诞生。”

游客向木箱中投入一枚硬币，便会得到他轻柔的抚肩或拥抱，这一充满仪式感的互动被网友称为“意大利温柔落地签”。

The artist's real name is Marco, but fans call him Grandpa Dante. With a silver-gray face and a gray robe, he performs as a living statue. A coin dropped into his wooden box earns a gentle pat on the shoulder or a hug, an interaction netizens have dubbed "Italy's tender visa on arrival".

但丁爷爷在中国互联网上意外走红之后，便成为中国游客在意大利的“打卡圣地”。

After unexpectedly going viral on China's internet, Grandpa Dante became a must-visit spot for Chinese tourists in Italy.

有网友表示：“来佛罗伦萨我只干一件事！遇见但丁爷爷一定要合影！”

名字背后的诗人——但丁

但丁·阿利吉耶里（Dante Alighieri，1265-1321）生于佛罗伦萨的一个贵族家庭，是意大利中世纪最伟大的诗人。他与彼特拉克、薄伽丘并称“文艺复兴三巨头”。

但丁留下了《神曲》（La Divina Commedia）等传世巨著，作品横跨诗歌、哲学与政治理论。

Dante Alighieri (1265–1321) was an Italian poet, writer, and philosopher.  Along with Petrarch and Boccaccio, Dante is often counted among the "Three Crowns" of Italian literature, forming the foundational pillars of early Renaissance humanism.

His Divine Comedy is widely considered one of the most important poems of the Middle Ages and the greatest literary work in the Italian language.

10月18日，但丁爷爷正式在河南开封万岁山武侠城开启中国首秀。他独特的造型和表演吸引了大量游客专程前来打卡。

但丁爷爷来到中国，直接化身成可爱的物品展示架。游客拿号排队，手里攥着的既不是门票也不是硬币，而是棉花娃娃、明星周边、游戏机、彩票、中国结……

但丁爷爷托举玩偶拍照业务熟练，甚至还会摇一摇哄小孩。

The debut of Grandpa Dante at Wansuishan Martial Arts City in Kaifeng, Henan province, was held on Oct 18, drawing crowds of fans who lined up to interact with him. 

What they clutched in their hands was neither tickets nor coins, but cotton dolls, celebrity merchandise, game consoles, lottery tickets, and Chinese knots. He handled plush-toy photo requests with practiced ease, even rocking a doll to soothe a child.

还有不少游客见证了“苏轼”与“但丁”的千年对视与同框比心。

A performer dressed as Su Shi, a poet from the Song Dynasty (960-1127), was photographed facing Grandpa Dante and making heart shapes with their fingers, a surreal meeting of literary icons across centuries.

不仅如此，但丁爷爷还在万岁山景区换上了古装造型，直接从“中世纪诗人”爆改成了“古风小生”。景区表示，这是但丁爷爷下班后自行体验的妆造，非景区演出。

对于此次来中国，Marco本人表示：“中国观众对我的热情与友善，让我感受到不一样的温暖。这是我人生中独一无二的体验。”

Marco himself said, "The warmth and friendliness of Chinese audiences have given me a different kind of warmth. This is a one-of-a-kind experience in my life."
