女生赴香港看演唱会触发低保预警，最新进展：低保已被取消

A family in Ganzhou, Jiangxi province, has had its minimum subsistence allowance revoked after a girl in the family traveled to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to attend a concert, local authorities confirmed on Tuesday.
网帖出自一个自称当事人表姐的账号。帖文称，女孩是赣州一名中专在读生，全家每月依靠约2000元低保金生活。她利用暑假打零工攒下的钱，加上平时省下的部分补助，凑了约3000至5000元前往香港观看演唱会。
The girl, a vocational school student surnamed Huang, reportedly paid for the trip with money saved from a summer job and personal allowance. Her family relied on about 2,000 yuan in monthly subsistence benefits, according to an online post by someone claiming to be her cousin.
出发前，当地对口帮扶工作人员和家人曾多次劝阻，提醒她出境消费可能触发低保动态复核，甚至影响全家的低保资格。返程后，家属称全家低保待遇被取消，直呼“天塌了”。
9月6日，有记者注意到，上述网帖已被删除。同日，赣州市民政局值班人员回应媒体询问时表示，市本级和下属各县市区都在开展核查，“现在还不确定”，涉事女生具体在哪个区县也仍在排查。
9月7日，赣州经开区社会事务管理局发布通报称，该局已成立工作专班，全面启动核查。经查，网传女孩黄某某自行前往香港观看演唱会一事属实，并触发低保对象动态监测预警。社区干部随后向其开展政策宣传和提醒。其家属担心此事影响低保资格，遂在网上发布信息寻求帮助。目前，相关部门正按程序核查网帖反映的情况及其家庭经济状况，并将依法依规处理。
On Sept 7, the social affairs administration of the Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone confirmed that Huang's trip had triggered an alert under the dynamic monitoring system for subsistence allowance recipients. Community officials subsequently reminded her family of the relevant policies. Worried that their benefits might be revoked, the family turned to social media for help.
The bureau said at the time of the incident that it was investigating the online claims and the family's circumstances, and would handle the matter in accordance with the law.

A staff member of the administration confirmed on Tuesday that the family's benefits had been canceled.
随后，记者来到赣州市经开区宣传部，工作人员表示，会依法依规进行处置，具体措施不便透露。
公益律师赵良善认为，低保是民生兜底保障。根据《社会救助暂行办法》，家庭经济状况不再符合保障条件的，民政部门可以依法取消其低保待遇。
Zhao Liangshan, a public interest lawyer, said authorities may revoke subsistence allowances if a household no longer meets the eligibility requirements under China's Interim Measures for Social Assistance.
