下周五气温骤降到-32℃？iPhone系统天气被“冻傻”，网友直呼离谱，客服回应……

Many iPhone users in China were startled on Wednesday morning when the built-in weather app showed temperatures plunging to as low as -32 C next Friday, Nov 13, in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao and parts of Henan — a swing of nearly 50 degrees in a single day.

Screenshots of the bizarre readings spread quickly on social media, with users joking that winter was arriving with a "flash-freeze" button.

The National Meteorological Center's data showed temperatures in those areas next Friday would mostly stay in the teens Celsius.

4日，针对此次异常，苹果官方客服回应中新经纬称，经初步排查，原因为系统端口问题，并非硬件层面故障，技术团队已紧急完成修复。对于有用户猜测“数据定位跳转至其他地区”，客服予以否认，若属定位漂移，临近日期的天气数值应全部异常，而非仅具体到某一天出现极端值。客服表示收到大批用户反馈，对此深表歉意，后续将持续改善数据服务体验。

Apple's customer service told Economic View that an initial investigation traced the problem to a system port issue, not a hardware failure, and that the technical team had completed repairs. 

The company denied speculation that the data had been pulled from another region, noting that a location error would have affected all nearby dates, not just one day. Apple apologized for the widespread complaints and said it would continue improving its data services.

据新京报，中国气象局工作人员也表示，截至目前，中国气象局未发布过此类极端的天气预报。目前，iPhone相关日期气温数据已恢复正常。

The China Meteorological Administration also said it had not issued any such extreme forecast. The iPhone weather data has since returned to normal.

此前6月，苹果手机天气系统也出现过类似问题，当时有网友发现苹果手机自带的天气系统显示杭州临安区6月15日的气温约50℃，引发热议。
