特朗普祝贺民主党获胜，并表示，“我有否决权”

US President Trump congratulated Democrats on their midterm election victories in a phone call with CBS News.

"My message is, congratulations to the Democrats, and I look forward to working with you for the good of our country," he said.

他还说：“我认识很多民主党人，我拥有完全的否决权，我相信我们一定能达成共识。”

“我想他们会愿意与我合作。”他说，“否则我就把所有东西都否决掉，我想这不是他们想要的。”

The president said he plans to work with the opposing party, saying, "I know a lot of Democrats. I have total veto power and I'm sure we'll be able to work things out."

"I think they're gonna want to work with me," he said. "Otherwise I'd just veto everything and they're not gonna want that."

特朗普还称，这么多共和党人落选是因为他没有出现在选票上。“我觉得我没有出现在选票上，对此无能为力。”他说，“如果我出现在选票上，我们本会获胜。”

The president insisted that so many Republicans lost because he wasn't on the ballot. 

"I feel that I wasn't on the ballot, and there was nothing that could be done about that," he said. "If I was, we would have won."

特朗普当天早些时候对《纽约时报》表示，“绝对愿意接受选举结果，准备与民主党合作，可能会达成某些东西。”

Trump is "absolutely willing to accept those results" and prepared to work with Democrats, he told the New York Times earlier. "We'll, you know, look forward to working with them," he said. "We'll probably work something out."

特朗普同时在社交媒体发文称：“我不在选票上，要是我在，我们会以压倒性优势获胜！”

当地时间11月3日，美国中期选举陆续开票。美国选举数据分析机构决策台总部网站3日晚预测，美国民主党将获得国会参议院100个议席中的至少51席，夺回参议院控制权。

稍早前，美媒预测民主党夺回国会众议院控制权。这意味着本次中期选举后，民主党将重新掌控国会。

"The presidency, our presidency, is considered a strong presidency. You can do a lot," Trump said.
