校招年薪10万起被嫌低，张雪回应：“你不能逼我提到20万，就像我不能逼你来上班”

11月3日，张雪发布视频称：“还傲慢上了。难道选择不是双向的吗？你不能逼我把应届生工资提到20万，就像我不能逼你来上班一样。”

Zhang Xue, founder of Chinese motorcycle manufacturer ZXMOTO, has defended the company's salary offer for new graduates after its campus recruitment drive drew online criticism for falling short of expectations.

10月26日，张雪机车在重庆大学举行校园招聘宣讲，创始人张雪到场。当天下午招聘现场座无虚席，走廊也站满学生。

薪资待遇PPT投屏后，相关内容引发网友热议，有网友直言“这点钱谁去啊”。

招聘信息显示，张雪机车此次计划招聘约100人，其中七成岗位为研发岗。待遇方面，研发岗年薪10万至13万元，非研发岗9万至12万元，加班费另算。薪资结构包括基本工资、岗位工资、技能工资、保密工资、绩效工资、年终奖金和提成奖金。

福利方面，公司提供六险一金、带薪假期、员工食堂、员工购车福利、年度体检；实习期免费提供两人间宿舍，正式入职后个人承担200元/月。

At a recruitment event at Chongqing University on Oct 26, the company planned to hire about 100 people, 70 percent of them in research and development. The salary plan offered R&D roles 100,000 to 130,000 yuan a year and non-R&D roles 90,000 to 120,000 yuan, with overtime pay separate.

The package includes six types of insurance and a housing fund, paid leave, a staff canteen, employee vehicle discounts and annual health checks, plus free shared dormitories during the internship.

When the salary slide was projected, students and online viewers pushed back, with some asking, "Who would go for that kind of money?"

On Tuesday, Zhang posted a video responding to the criticism: "Now I'm the arrogant one? Isn't choosing a job a two-way street? You can't force me to raise the salary for fresh graduates to 200,000 yuan, just as I can't force you to come work here."

张雪在宣讲中称，入职后年薪10万元起，一年后大部分员工能涨薪20%。招聘PPT还显示，入职第一年绩效排名前10%的员工可涨薪50%。

10月29日下午，张雪机车来到重庆理工大学举行校园招聘宣讲会。演讲中，张雪以公司90后员工秦攀为例。秦攀专科毕业，跟随张雪工作10年，已从月薪几千元干到年薪五六十万元。张雪表示，秦攀还有公司股份，目前估值3000万元，未来几年后肯定上亿。

张雪对现场大学生说：“你们的起点都比他高，你们还怕啥！”

During the event, Zhang said the starting salary is 100,000 yuan a year and most employees get a 20 percent raise after one year, while the top 10 percent by performance can get 50 percent. He cited an employee who joined after vocational college and, after 10 years, now earns 500,000 to 600,000 yuan a year and holds company shares valued at 30 million yuan.

10月31日，张雪发视频称，教你入职“张雪机车”——

首先要求进入大学就开始骑摩托车；有摩旅经验，脑中对摩托车车主画像有了解；需要会拆装摩托车各个部件；熟练运用3D软件制图。

张雪向网友打包票，拥有这样资质的应届生只要投了简历，100%入职。张雪表示：“有多少我们要多少，工资高于一般应届生至少百分之三四十。”

On Oct 31, Zhang posted another video listing what it takes to get hired: starting to ride motorcycles in college, experience with motorcycle touring, familiarity with motorcycle owners, the ability to disassemble and reassemble bike parts and proficiency in 3D design software.

He said any graduate with those qualifications who submits a resume will be hired, at pay 30 to 40 percent above the market average for fresh graduates.

对于此次争议，大象新闻发表评论称，薪资从来不是唯一的标尺。学生看起薪，也看成长空间；企业开不出大厂的天价，把诚意押在成长通道上也一样有吸引力。

A commentary by Elephant News noted that salary is never the only yardstick. Students look at starting pay, but also at room to grow, and a company that cannot match big-tech pay can still be attractive if it puts its sincerity into a clear path for advancement.

评论认为，招聘是双向选择，部分自媒体不该将其简化成谁羞辱了谁的流量把戏。这种解读，对学生不公平；对张雪也一样——他给出的诚意，就这样被掩盖了。
