男子拿出408万全部积蓄买黄金，9个月亏114万后割肉离场，隔日金价大反弹！“这次教训够记一辈子！”

A Chinese gold investor surnamed Sun lost more than 1.14 million yuan after liquidating 3.5 kilograms of investment gold bars at about 840 yuan per gram on Nov 3, a case shared by a jewelry-store manager surnamed Zhang in Zhengzhou, Henan province, as a cautionary tale.

今年2月，黄金价格暴涨，吸引不少人纷纷入场。孙某没忍住，拿出手头所有资金买了3.5千克投资金条，当时金价已达每克1167元，总共花费408万。而孙某自认为到年底金价还能涨到每克2000元。

接下来数月，金价持续波动，8月下旬开始，黄金价格一再下挫，近日已经重回“8”字头，彻底跌破孙某的心理防线，加上饭店生意周转需要用钱，无奈之下他只好割肉离场，把金条全卖了及时止损。

The customer had entered the market in February, when prices were surging, using all his available funds to buy at 1,167 yuan per gram for a total of 4.08 million yuan. He expected the metal to reach 2,000 yuan per gram by year-end.

Prices swung in the following months and moved lower from late August, recently returning to the 800-yuan range. The breach of his psychological threshold, combined with cash-flow needs at his restaurant, prompted the decision, he said. 

“11月3日当天卖的时候是840元多一克，算下来一共亏114万多元。”孙某向张先生感叹，这次的教训足够深刻，“够记一辈子了！”

唏嘘的是，就在11月4日，黄金迎来大幅反弹，每克黄金涨至860多元。

A day later, prices rebounded sharply to more than 860 yuan per gram.

专业人士多次提醒，普通人千万别把黄金当作短线炒作工具，更不能“一把梭哈”。黄金更适合长线投资，当作家庭资产的“压舱石”。

面对金价的大幅波动，多家银行最近也密集发布贵金属投资风险提示，眼下市场风浪大，千万别盲目“追涨杀跌”。面对金价起起落落，普通投资者要坚持“总量控制、分批入场、多元布局”。

Industry professionals have repeatedly cautioned that ordinary investors should not treat gold as a short-term speculation tool or go all in. 

Several banks have also warned that market volatility is high and investors should avoid blindly chasing gains or dumping assets in panic. They recommend controlling overall exposure, entering in batches and diversifying.
