“小宝贝，阿姨是这个世界上第一个离开宝宝的人”，月嫂离开前温柔叮嘱宝宝，妈妈看监控哭了好几个小时

近日，网友“小番茄妈妈”发布视频，记录月嫂萍姐下户前抱着宝宝温柔叮嘱的一幕。视频中，萍姐说着说着红了眼。

小番茄妈妈配文说：“月嫂下户堪比大型失恋现场，我觉得这比失恋更难受。”视频发布后感动无数网友，让人泪目。

A nanny in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, has touched hearts across China after a video of her emotional goodbye to the baby she had cared for since birth went viral, with the baby's mother describing the parting as "worse than a breakup".
The video, posted by a user named "Little Tomato's Mom", shows nanny Ping gently talking to the baby before she leaves. She chokes up as she speaks.

11月5日，记者联系上萍姐时，她正在小番茄妈妈家里忙碌。电话那头，提起即将到来的离别，萍姐第一句话就是：“说得我有点伤感了，因为我马上要走了。”8月17日上户，11月8日下户，近三个月的时间，她陪着一个从出生就开始带的宝宝，也陪着一个初为人母的妈妈。

When reached by reporters on Thursday, Ping was busy at the family's home. "You're making me a bit sad — I'm about to leave," she said. She started work on Aug 17 and was due to finish on Nov 8, nearly three months, during which she cared for a newborn and the baby's first-time mother.

视频里的每一句话，都是离别前的有感而发： “小宝贝，阿姨是这个世界上第一个离开宝宝的人。要听妈妈的话，听爸爸的话，听爷爷奶奶的话，他们都是你最亲的人……”

In the video, Ping tells the baby: "Little baby, Auntie is the first person in this world to leave you. Be good for your mom, your dad, your grandparents — they are your closest family..."

有网友说，萍姐的话 “有专业、有深情、有克制，是一个服务者对自己角色最体面的谢幕” 。
萍姐承认：“我当时就是在克制自己想哭的冲动，用很轻松的语言来表达。 其实我还有很多话想跟宝宝说，到后面自己都说不下去了。 ”

那天晚上，小番茄妈妈无意中点开监控，结果因为萍姐的话哭了几个小时。萍姐说：“视频发到网上后，我们都没想到会引来这么多关注。”

That night, Little Tomato's Mom happened to check the baby monitor and cried for hours after hearing Ping's words. No one expected the video to draw so much attention.

萍姐是湖南人，今年45岁，在杭州生活了近18年，2019年入行做月嫂，之前还曾创业开店。
每次下户都是一场离别， 萍姐说，每回都会跟宝妈哭得稀里哗啦，有太多不舍。 “宝宝从出生就是我接手，每一个动作都能看到宝宝的成长。”

Ping, 45, is from Hunan province and has lived in Hangzhou for nearly 18 years. She became a nanny in 2019.
Every departure is a parting, Ping said, and she always cries with the mothers. "I've been with the baby since birth. I can see their growth in every movement."

每次下户后，萍姐也不会主动打听。在她看来， 好好告别也是月嫂的专业能力之一 。
走之前，她还会给新手爸妈留一份手写笔记。萍姐说：“宝宝从早到晚24小时要做的事，比如上午做什么运动，下午什么时候睡觉，都写得清清楚楚，方便他们看。一旦下户，他们不至于手忙脚乱。”

After leaving a job, Ping does not stay in touch. In her view, saying goodbye properly is part of a nanny's professionalism. Before leaving, she writes a handwritten note for new parents, detailing the baby's daily routine from morning to night so they won't be overwhelmed.
