As athletes from 45 countries and regions made their grand entrance into the venue, the air was filled with the exhilarating beat of osmanthus flower drums, harmoniously accompanied by traditional Chinese folk music. This heartfelt gesture was a spirited expression of support for the athletes and a warm invitation extended by the city to the finest talents of Asia.

Each delegation was led by a placard bearer whose attire was inspired by the osmanthus, conveying a message of friendship and goodwill to all the participating athletes.

The ceremony concluded with the theme song playing as simulated osmanthus petals gently descended from the sky above the "Big Lotus", enveloping the entire audience in the enchanting beauty of Hangzhou's autumn scenery.

The Victory Ceremony bouquet, aptly named "Fruits of Triumph", serves as a profound symbol of the unwavering sportsmanship and indomitable spirit of Asian Games athletes. It extends heartfelt wishes for their future journey, one filled with abundant achievements and enduring honor.

This bouquet seamlessly merges elements deeply rooted in Chinese culture: rice ears and lotus pods, symbolizing bountiful harvests and remarkable achievements. It features a China-bred rose known as "Heart of Innocence", butterfly orchids reflecting the vibrant "Rainbow Purple" hue from the Asian Games color palette, and indigenous Hangzhou flora, including Longjing tea branches and fragrant sweet osmanthus twigs.

On the obverse side of the medal, the emblem of the Hangzhou Asian Para Games takes its place at the center, surrounded by a delicate wreath of osmanthus flowers. Meanwhile, on the reverse side, the emblem of the Asian Paralympic Committee is prominently displayed, encircled by Braille inscriptions denoting the 4th Asian Para Games gold, silver, and bronze medals.

The "Yungui" Service Centre has been inaugurated within Hangzhou's Asian Games Village, offering a range of amenities such as waiting areas, relaxation spaces, and restroom facilities catering to the needs of technical officials and media reporters.

An aerial perspective of the "Yungui" roof reveals a mosaic of pentagon-shaped segments, artfully resembling the delicate petals of the osmanthus flower. This architectural design captures the essence of the host city's eager anticipation, paying homage to Hangzhou's beloved city flower, the osmanthus.
